If you’re looking for outstanding betting value (who isn’t?) with the first week of preseason action on hand, then look no further MyBookie NFL betting faithful.

Thanks to the trio of expert NFL preseason Week 1 odds picks that you’re about to get on three teams that all have the look of sure-fire winners, you’re going to have a great chance to cash in a whopping three times.

Now, let’s get down to business.

2018 NFL Preseason Week 1 Sure Winners

Atlanta at N.Y. Jets

When: Friday, August 10, 2018 at 7:30 PM ET
Where: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey
NFL Odds: NY Jets -2.5 / Total: 35

I wouldn’t expect to see Falcons starting quarterback Matt Ryan for more than a series, if that, but the Falcons have an experienced backup in veteran Matt Schaub that has been there and done that. After Schaub leaves, Atlanta will hand over the reins to third-year clipboard holder Garrett Grayson and former East Carolina signal-caller Kurt Benkert for the third-string job.

However, for this Week 1preseason matchup, the New York Jets are the easy pick to win and cover the chalk as less than field goal home favorites simply because they will be trotting out starter Josh McCown for a couple of series, then turning to veteran Teddy Bridgewater, who has something to prove – and eventually the guy they drafted third overall to be their franchise savior, rookie, Sam Darnold.

All of New York’s quarterbacks have their own reasons for wanting to impress the Jets’ coaching staff and they’re all better than any backup the falcons will be using in this scrimmage opener.

2018 NFL Preseason Week 1 Pick: NY Jets -2.5

Dallas at San Francisco

Are the Cowboys a safe bet to win in NFL Preseason Week 1?

When: Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 10:00 PM ET
Where: Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, California
NFL Odds: San Francisco -3.5 / Total: 35

The Dallas Cowboys look like a team in trouble in their preseason opener simply because their backup quarterback situation is not very good if you ask me. Once Dak Prescott leaves, the Cowboys will turn to inexperienced backup quarterback Cooper Rush who got into two games in 2017 and completed one of three passes for two yards while rushing for 13 yards on two carries.

The San Francisco 49ers are much better off at the backup quarterback position once young C.J. Beathard comes in for starter Jimmy Garoppolo. Beathard got some starting experience as a rookie last season and even led the Niners to a Week 10 win over the Giants.

San Francisco is playing at home and they’ve got a lot of positive energy surrounding their franchise as they get set for the 2018 regular season. All signs here point to a solid win for Frisco.

2018 NFL Preseason Week 1 Pick: San Francisco -3.5

Indianapolis at Seattle

When: Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 10:00 PM ET
Where: CenturyLink Field, Seattle, Washington
NFL Odds: Seattle -3 / Total: 34.5

The Indianapolis Colts have a phenomenal backup quarterback in Jacoby Brissett, but I’m not expecting the super-valuable signal-caller to see much action simply because the Colts already know what he can do and they probably want to make sure he stays upright and healthy in case something else happens to Andrew Luck. That means Indy will put the outcome of this game in the hands of deeper backup, Brad Kaaya will play once Brissett leaves.

The Seattle Seahawks look like the sure-fire winner in this preseason opener simply because Pete Carroll clearly likes to win preseason games as his 22-10 career mark suggests and the Seahawks have a good backup of their own in veteran Austin Davis.

2018 NFL Preseason Week 1 Pick: Seattle Seahawks -3
