Can one-loss Utah take down Oregon in their PAC-12 title tilt to claim the conference crown and put their name into College Football Playoff mix? Could Baylor pull off the upset against Oklahoma in their matchup of one-loss Big 12 championship hopefuls? Last, but not least, is nationally-ranked Appalachian State a lock in their  Sun Belt championship matchup against Louisiana?

With Conference Championship week quickly approaching, let’s find out what’s going to go down in all three conference championship affairs for College Football Week 15.

2019 College Football Week 15 Parlay Picks

No. 5 Utah (11-1) vs. No. 13 Oregon (10-2)

  • When: Friday, December 6, 2019 at 8:00 PM ET
  • Where: Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, California
  • TV: ABC
  • College Football Week 15 Odds: Utah -6.5 / Total: OFF

Utah has a shot to get in the College Football Playoff mix with a win over Oregon. The Utes have won eight straight including an emphatic 45-10 smackdown of Colorado last weekend. Utah has held the opposition to 15 points or less in seven of their last eight contests. Oregon bounced back from their only loss of the season to beat Oregon State 24-10 last weekend. Still, the Utes look like the pick to win and cash in with the Ducks being limited to 28 points or less in each of their last two games. Utah has covered the spread in eight straight.

Pick: Utah 31 Oregon 21

No. 8 Baylor (11-1) vs. No. 6 Oklahoma (11-1)

  • When: Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET
  • Where: AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas
  • TV: ABC
  • College Football Week 15 Odds: Oklahoma -9.5 / Total: OFF

No. 8 Baylor was on the wrong end of a  narrow 34-31 home loss against No. 6 Oklahoma three weeks back, but the Bears have won four straight since including a phenomenal 61-6 rout of Kansas this past weekend. Oklahoma has also won four straight since suffering an upset loss against Kansas State, including a 34-16 win over Oklahoma State in last weekend’s rivalry matchup. The Sooners could very well get in the championship mix with a win in this contest, but the Bears definitely aren’t going to go down easily, if at all. With Baylor going 8-1 ATS in their last nine games against a team with a winning record and Oklahoma going 1-4 ATS in their last five conference games, I’m going with the Bears to cover the chalk with room to spare.

Pick: Oklahoma 31 Baylor 28

Louisiana (10-2) at No. 20 Appalachian State (11-1)

  • When: Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET
  • Where: Kidd Brewer Stadium, Boone, North Carolina
  • TV: ESPN
  • College Football Week 15 Odds: Appalachian State -6.5 / Total: OFF

Louisiana enters the Sun belt championship riding the wave of a six-game winning streak, but their narrow 31-30 win over Louisiana-Monroe looks foreboding to me, especially when you consider the fact that Appalachian State routed Louisiana-Monroe 52-7 earlier this season. The one-loss Mountaineers have won four straight including an emphatic 48-13 blowout win over Troy last weekend. With this conference championship being a home game for Appalachian State, I believe the Mountaineers are an absolute lock in this one. The Ragin’ Cajuns have gone 7-3 ATS in their last 10 conference games, but the Mountaineers are 21-8 ATS over their last 29 games and a near-perfect 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record.

Pick: Appalachian State 42 Louisiana 28
