The score capped a 13-play, 75-yard drive after Atlanta’s Matt Bryant missed a 35-yard field goal attempt with 4:46 left. Jimmy Wilson intercepted Matt Ryan in Falcons territory to seal the victory. Why Bet On Miami?
The Dolphins were terrible again offensively in Week 5 but beat Tennessee 16-10. In Week 5, 10 of the 14 games (71.4 percent) were decided by six points or fewer – tied for the highest percentage of such games in a single week over the past 25 seasons. Jay Cutler went 12-of-26 passing for 92 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and eight rushing yards. Cutler’s throws were off target all day long, and the Dolphins’ offense wasn’t the reason for the win, struggling mightily to move the ball. Cutler was booed all day. He’s now finished below 260 passing yards in 12 straight games. There were at least four drops by Dolphins receivers, and one of Cutler’s best throws was wasted in the first quarter as a result. Wide receiver DeVante Parker injured his ankle in the first quarter and didn’t return. Parker could miss this week. Jay Ajayi rushed 25 times for 77 yards and caught 2-of-3 targets for two yards. He also lost a fumble, and remains scoreless through four games. The Dolphins’ offensive line simply gave Ajayi no room to run against Tennessee’s tough-to-penetrate front. The Dolphins were in the news this week when offensive line coach Chris Foerster resigned. A video released Sunday appeared to show Foerster snorting lines of cocaine off his desk at work and it blew up the internet. Foerster’s line had been extremely bad through the season’s first four games, even though he’s reportedly one of the league’s highest-paid assistants.Team Statistics

Why Bet On Atlanta?
There are three teams – all in the NFC – with four victories this season: Carolina (4-1), Green Bay (4-1) and Philadelphia (4-1). Two other clubs – Atlanta (3-1) and Denver (3-1) – also have only one loss through Week 5. Since 1990, 111 of the previous 145 teams (76.6 percent) to start 4-1 have made the playoffs. Atlanta (3-1) comes off its bye week. That allowed the team to get healthy. Julio Jones, Vic Beasley Jr., Ricardo Allen, Ryan Schraeder, and Courtney Upshaw all practiced in some capacity early this week. Jones suffered a hip flexor injury in a Week 4 loss to Buffalo but wasn’t expected to miss any game action. Beasley, who suffered a hamstring strain against Green Bay in Week 2, did some light running before the bye week and was a bit hobbled Monday. The injury, which occurred Sept. 17, was expected to sideline him up to a month.

The Falcons have maybe the best 1-2 punch at running back in the NFL in Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman. They’re excellent pass-catchers and solid runners between the tackles, and each is effective in the red area. Together they account for 42.8 percent of the offense’s yards from scrimmage. Freeman, who has rushed for a league-leading five touchdowns this season, is among the game’s best.
