Baltimore Ravens Season Odds Analysis

Once a perennial playoff participant, the Baltimore Ravens sank to just five wins in 2015 while battling series of injuries. Now, with quarterback Joe Flacco fully healthy, the Ravens are looking to get back to their winning ways while reaching the playoffs once again.

Will Flacco and the Ravens soar in 2016 or will they stay grounded like a bird with a broken wing? Let’s find out now while checking the updated NFL betting odds!

With Flacco Back on Board, How High Will Baltimore Ravens Soar in 2016?

2016 Regular Season Win Total Odds

Over/Under 8.5 Wins

Analysis: I can see Baltimore Ravens losing road dates at Cleveland (really), the New York Jets, New England, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati while falling at home against Washington, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati to finish at 8-8. While the Ravens could reach the nine-win plateau, I think Joe Flacco and company fall just short.

AFC North Division Odds

Analysis: Simply put, the Ravens have fallen too far behind double-digit win teams in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh to win the AFC North division title in 2016. Save your money on Baltimore as a +275 pick here.

AFC Championship Odds

Analysis: If the Ravens don’t win their division, they almost certainly won’t reach the postseason in 2016, making their AFC Championship odds a moot point. I know Baltimore’s +1600 return looks phenomenal, but it’s fool’s gold if you ask me.

Super Bowl 51 Odds

Analysis: Baltimore may have won  Super Bowl title recently, but right now, I think they’re at least a couple of years away from either getting back to the big dance or challenging to win it all. Save your money here, the Ravens don’t stand a legitimate chance!
