As I always say, there’s more than one way to skin a cat – or strike pay dirt – when it comes to betting on NFL football. In addition to the pair of conference championship parlay picks that you’ve already gotten this week, you’re about to get two more parlay picks that could help you cash in big this coming weekend.

Now, let’s get started with my two NFL expert picks on the first-half totals of both conference championship clashes.

Analyzing The NFL Conference Round Parlay Picks Highlight First Half Odds

Green Bay (12-6) at Atlanta (12-5)

When: 3:05 PM ET, Sunday, January 22, 2017
Where: Georgia Dome, Atlanta, Georgia
NFL Odds: Falcons -4 / First Half Total: 31

Analysis: The first half total for this contest has been set at 31 combined points and I believe it’s a virtual lock that the Falcons and Packers top that figure, seeing as how they’ll be playing in a controlled setting and ‘fast track’ that looks to be quite conducive to putting points on the board in a hurry. The Atlanta Falcons put up a league-best 33.8 points per game this season and Green Bay has topped the 30-point plateau in each of their last six games.

Pick: Over 31 Total First Half Points

Pittsburgh Steelers (13-5) at New England Patriots (15-2)

When:  Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 6:40 PM ET
Where: Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Massachusetts
NFL Odds: New England -6 / First Half Total: 25

Analysis: With the Pats and Pittsburgh Steelers playing in cold conditions and both teams playing really solid defense lately, I’m thinking the Under 25 total points for the first half is the way to go.  I mean, just think about it, New England leads the league by limiting the opposition to just 15.6 points per game or basically, about eight points per half. Play the Under 25 total first half points as part of your conference championship parlay picks.

Pick: Under 25 Total First Half Points
