Analyzing The 2016 NFL Prediction Scores For Every Game During Week 2

San Francisco at Carolina

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina

Analysis: The Carolina Panthers cannot – and will not – lose this game after falling to Denver in Week 1!

My Pick: Carolina 27 San Francisco 21

Baltimore -7 at Cleveland

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland, Ohio

Analysis: Me…and three of my now, 50-year-old high school buddies can probably block better than Cleveland’s offensive line. Baltimore wins!

My Pick: Baltimore 28 Cleveland 17

Tennessee at Detroit -5.5

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Ford Field, Detroit, Michigan

Analysis: Matt Stafford and the Lions are too explosive to lose to a Tennessee team that still looks inept far too often.

My Pick: Detroit 31 Tennessee 24

Kansas City at Houston -2

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: NRG Stadium, Houston, Texas

Analysis: The Texans won’t let the Chiefs off the hook like San Diego did last weekend.

My Pick: Houston 24 Kansas City 21

Miami +6.5 at New England

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, Massachusetts

Analysis: I smell an upset in the making in this contest – despite the fact that I abhor Miami signal-caller Ryan Tannehill.

My Pick: Miami 24 New England 21

New Orleans at NY Giants -5

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

Analysis: There won’t be any defense whatsoever played in this contest. The best pick is the Over, but I’m going with the G-Men for the super narrow home win.

My Pick: New York 35 New Orleans 31

Cincinnati at Pittsburgh -3

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Heinz Field, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Analysis: The Steelers win at home as part of a regular season split against their division rivals.

My Pick: Pittsburgh 21 Cincinnati 17

Dallas at Washington -2.5

When: 1:00 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: FedEx Field, Landover, Maryland

Analysis: I like Dak Prescott way more than I like Washington’s Kirk Cousins. The ‘Boys get the road upset!

My Pick: Dallas 28 Washington 27

Tampa Bay at Arizona -6.5

When: 4:05 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: University of Phoenix Stadium, Glendale, Arizona

Analysis: The Cardinals look like the easy pick to win at home after losing in Week 1, but I’m going with Jameis Winston and the blossoming Buccaneers to get the ‘W’.

My Pick: Tampa Bay 31 Arizona 28

Seattle -6.5 at L.A. Rams

When: 4:05 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles, California

Analysis: Ha! Am I the only one thinking Seattle should be favored by a minimum of two touchdowns?

My Pick: Seattle 31 L.A. Rams 0

Indianapolis at Denver -6

When: 4:25 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Sports Authority Field, Denver, Colorado

Analysis: Andrew Luck and the Colts won’t fail to capitalize on the Broncos’ miscues like Cam Newton did week ago! I like Indy for the upset!

My Pick: Indianapolis 27 Denver 21

Atlanta at Oakland -4.5

When: 4:25 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Oakland Coliseum, Oakland, California

Analysis: There won’t be much defense played in this contest, if any, but I like the Raiders to get it done at home.

My Pick: Oakland 35 Atlanta 31

Jacksonville at San Diego -3

When: 4:25 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego, California

Analysis: The Chargers will simply outscore the Jaguars in this contest!

My Pick: San Diego 27 Jacksonville 24

Green Bay -2.5 At Minnesota

When: 8:30 PM ET, Sunday, September 18, 2016
Where: U.S. Bank Stadium, Minneapolis, Minnesota

Analysis: No Teddy Bridgewater means no victory for the Vikings in this contest!

My Pick: Green Bay 24 Minnesota 20

Philadelphia at Chicago -3.5

When: 8:30 PM ET, Monday, September 19, 2016
Where: Soldier Field, Chicago, Illinois

Analysis: Chicago head coach John Fox will throw some wrinkles into his defense that confuse Philly’s Carson Wentz.

My Pick: Chicago 28 Philadelphia 24
