If you want the straight-up truth and nothing but the truth, well, you probably don’t want ask either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton! All jokes aside…if you’re looking to take the guesswork out of your Week 9 NFL wagering, then you’re going to love my trio of NFL Week 9 SU picks! Now, let’s get started in the Show-Me State.

Here’s A Closer Look At The Trio Of Top NFL SU Picks On Tap For Week 9

Jacksonville at Kansas City

When: Sunday, November 6, 2016 at 1:00 PM ET
Where: Arrowhead Stadium
TV: CBS
Betting Odds: Kansas City -10.5

Analysis: Just when you think things can’t get any worse for the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars, think again. Jacksonville (2-5 SU, 4-3 ATS) looked like a complete and utter train wreck in their humbling 36-22 road loss to Tennessee on Thursday night and clearly need to replace both, head coach Gus Bradley and underachieving quarterback Blake Bortles.

On the flip side of the coin, the Kansas City Chiefs (5-2 SU, 3-4 ATS) are on a nice roll, having won three straight games including their emphatic 30-14 win over Indianapolis the last time out. The Chiefs have held two of their last three opponents to 14 points or less and almost assuredly won’t give up more than that to the reeling Jags. The bottom line is that there’s no way Jacksonville gets the upset win over a clearly superior Kansas City team that has legitimate playoff hopes.

Pick: Kansas City 35 Jacksonville 14

Carolina at LA Rams

When: Sunday, November 6, 2016 at 4:05 PM ET
Where: Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum
TV: FOX
Odds: Carolina -3

Analysis: The Los Angeles Rams (3-4 SU, 3-4 ATS) have dropped three straight and only managed to put 10 points on the board in their humbling 17-10 loss to Eli Manning and the Giants two weeks ago. The Rams have some serious issues getting in the end zone as they rank 30th in scoring (17.1 ppg) and really have problems at quarterback where veteran Case Keenum is clearly not a starting caliber NFL quarterback, but No. 1 overall draft pick Jared Goff apparently still isn’t ready to start despite the fact that young signal-callers like Carson Wentz, Dak Prescott, Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston all made immediate impacts as rookies.

L.A. faces an uphill battle in beating a Carolina Panthers (2-5 SU, 2-5 ATS) team that snapped a four-game losing streak by smacking Arizona around in its 30-20 Week 8 win on Sunday. I know Carolina Panthers has lost four straight road games, but they won’t drop this Week 9 matchup against a Rams team they are better than in every way possible. Cam Newton may not be a happy camper after suffering two cheap shots that weren’t flagged for penalties, but the 2015 league MVP will feel a lot better after he and his Panthers teammates pound the Rams into submission – likely by halftime in this affair.

Pick: Panthers 31 Rams 14

New Orleans at San Francisco

When: Sunday, November 6, 2016 at 4:05 PM ET
Where: Levi’s Stadium
TV: FOX
Odds: New Orleans -3

Analysis: Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints (3-4 SU, 5-2 ATS) have won three of their last four games and bounced back from their Week 7 loss to Kansas City by upsetting Seattle 25-20 last weekend while moving to 4-0 ATS over their last four games. San Francisco (1-6 SU, 1-6 ATS) has lost six straight games since winning their opener including their humbling 34-17 Week 7 loss against Tampa Bay. The Saints have one of the best quarterback-head coach combinations in the league while the Niners counter with an athletic signal-caller in Colin Kaepernick, but a head coach in Chip Kelly that now looks clearly overmatched in the NFL and should have never gotten the job in Frisco in the first place.

New Orleans averages  stellar 28.7 points per game to rank second in scoring while san Francisco averages a middling 20.5 points per game to rank 23rd in scoring under their ‘offensive genius’ of a head coach. The Saints have won seven of their last 10 meetings against San Francisco and will do so again by simply outscoring the Niners to get the solid road win.

Pick: New Orleans 31 San Francisco 21
