NFL Week 2 Picks Early Winning Predictions for Every Game

Written by on August 1, 2017

The first NFL Week 2 preseason game of the year is only a couple of days away, and while it’s going to be great to see football again, most of us are simply biding out time waiting for the regular season to begin. I have already started going through the entire schedule to find potential wagers, although my early picks will likely change as injuries, suspensions, and other factors come into play. Today, let’s look ahead to Week 2 of the season, along with some NFL betting predictions for each game.

Here’s A Closer Look At The NFL Week 2 Picks Early Winning Predictions for Every Game

Houston Texans at Cincinnati Bengals

The Thursday night game has the potential to be a good one, as the Texans will take their highly touted defense to Cincinnati to face a Bengals team that is under pressure to make the playoffs. Much of the Texans success is going to hinge on how well DeShaun Watson plays at QB, but that defense should keep them in games. Texans win a close one.

Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens

The season hasn’t even begun and already the Ravens have had to deal with injuries and unexpected retirements. That said, they should still be good enough to beat the Browns at home in NFL Week 2.

Chicago Bears at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Bucs surprised a lot of people last year, and I expect them to take another step forward this season in what is sure to be a competitive NFC South. I think that Tampa Bay will win this one quite comfortably.

NFL Odds for Who Can Really Win a Super Bowl 52 in 2017

Minnesota Vikings at Pittsburgh Steelers

There are a lot of folks who like the Steelers to hoist the Super Bowl this season, especially if their high-powered offense stays healthy. This is a tough match-up for them, but you got to give Pittsburgh the edge at Heinz Field.

New England Patriots at New Orleans Saints

We could very well be in for a shootout here, as two of the most accurate QB’s in the league go head to head. This is one where I will be looking at the point total and the OVER, but I also like the Patriots straight up.

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs have been knocking on the door the last couple of season, but just can’t seem to make a breakthrough in the postseason. They will be good again this season, and should win this one at home.

Early 2017 ACC Title Bets and Who’s Offering Best Value

Tennessee Titans at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Titans are another team that appear to be on the rise, while the Jaguars continue to swim in a sea of mediocrity. Tennessee are going to be in a battle to win the South this year, and they need to win games like this one, which they will.

Arizona Cardinals at Indianapolis Colts

These are a pair of teams that look hard to predict this season. Both have the potential to be good, but are also both coming off sub-par seasons. Give the slight edge to the Colts at home. NFL Week 2 Picks for Buffalo Bills at Carolina Panthers

Buffalo Bills at Carolina Panthers

Will the real Carolina Panthers please stand up. Is this going to be the team that went to the Super Bowl two season ago or the one that failed to make the playoffs last season? Probably somewhere in the middle, but a win here looks very likely.

New York Jets at Oakland Raiders

With a move to Las Vegas coming, it’s going to be interesting to see how things go at home for the Raiders this season. Regardless of how the fans react, this is a game that their team should win comfortably during NFL Week 2.

Miami Dolphins at LA Chargers

The Chargers were better than their record suggested last season, as many of the games they lost were of the very close variety. This seems like to evenly matched teams, so let’s give the home nod to the Chargers.

San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks

Seattle is always a tough spot to land for a visiting team, and it gets even tougher when you are a team as bad as the 49ers look to be. Easy win for the Seahawks.

Washington Redskins at LA Rams

I always try to look for potential road winners every week, simply because the odds are always a little tastier. This is one where I will almost certainly be going with the road team, as the Rams look to be toothless on offense again.

Dallas Cowboys at Denver Broncos

Quite possibly the game of the NFL Week 2, and one that looks almost too close to call. I like the Cowboys to have another big season, but I think they may come up just short at Mile High.

Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons

It’s a repeat of the NFC Championship Game from last season, which was won by the Falcons 44-21. Don’t think we will see another blowout here, although I do believe Atlanta will get the win.

Detroit Lions at New York Giants

Two teams that appear to be quite evenly matched will hook up on Monday night. The UNDER will be what I am looking at with this one, although I also like the Giants at home.
