The Vegas Golden Knights have a pair of intriguing matchups on tap this coming week. First, the West Division leaders host division rival St. Louis on Monday night. On Thursday, the Knights hit the road to take on 2021 prohibitive favorite, Colorado. The defending champion Tampa Bay Lightning and defending Western Conference champion Dallas Stars will stage a rematch of last season’s Stanley Cup Finals when the two square off on Tuesday night in the Lone Star state. Closing out the week, the Pittsburgh Penguins host the red-hot New York Islanders in an East Division showdown.
