I was really enjoying Mybookie until I got absolutely robbed this past weekend. Bet some trifectas in the Preakness Stakes. Luckily (or unluckily as it turns out) hit a nice one with War of Will on top and all underneath. Thought it was a good score. Until it wasn’t. I knew online sportsbooks usually have limits on payoffs. But I had no idea how low the Mybookie ones are. Apparently Pimlico is considered a “B” track so payoffs are capped at $750 for a $1 wager. I had a .50 cent trifecta so got back $375. The parimutuel payoff was $2350. I was not paid out nearly 2 grand. Big races such as the Triple Crown races should be capped higher. This makes no sense and people must be getting absolutely robbed by Mybookie. I feel like they should up the cap or at least make the rules more visible that this could happen. Very dissatisfied with this sportsbook.

Payouts are a kinda slow. It never will send me a code to my phone so I have to do it through Customer Service. Overall, I’d give the site an average rating.
