Giants and Eagles will get chance to renew their fierce rivalry on Week 9, when the G-Men return from their bye week to host Philly at MetLife Stadium. The Eagles have dominated the Giants over the last decade, winning 9 of their last 13 games, including four games played at MetLife Stadium. The Eagles have scored 34 or more points in six of their last 10 games played in East Rutherford, a feat that no other NFC East team has achieved when playing the Giants.
Week 9 will feature a top class quarterback matchup when Andrew Luck and the Colts take on the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers. This will be the first time since the iconic “Chuck Strong” game held in 2012 and the second match that will be played this year. The two squads are also confirmed to kick off the 2016 Preseason in the Hall of Fame Game set on August 7th at Fawcett Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
The Seattle Seahawks will have a Monday night showdown against the Buffalo Bills in Week 9 at CenturyLink Field. It’s nice to see the Bills back on prime time for second straight season, and the Seahawks will definitely be a tough rival for Rex Ryan’s team. The Bills haven’t played the Seahawks in primetime on the road since the 2000 season, and the last Monday Night game for Buffalo in Seattle was held almost three decades ago when the Seahawks beat Buffalo 17-16 back in 1989.
