NASCAR Betting 2019 TicketGuardian 500 Odds

NASCAR heads to ISM Raceway in Phoenix, Arizona for the 2019 TicketGuardian 500. Taking place on Sunday, March 10, the race features a couple of drivers offering seriously low odds. There’s a reason why those drivers offer those low NASCAR odds. Check out analysis of this weekend’s NASCAR’s Monster Energy Cup race!

Which driver offering less than +2000 odds has a great shot at winning the 2019 TicketGuardian 500?

Kevin Harvick has a shot, obviously. Harvick’s won the TicketGuardian 500 in 2014, 2015, and 2016. He didn’t win it in 2017, but he got back to his winning ways last year. That makes Harvick the most obvious winner this year. The problem is accepting the low odds. So, we’re not going to do that.

Although Kyle Busch has the second best chance of winning, we can’t accept the low odds on Kyle, either. He has yet to beat Harvick in this race in the past 4 years and finishing second doesn’t mean anything.

Which driver does look good among the less than +2000 choices? How about Chase Elliott? Chase scored a ninth place finish at Las Vegas last week. In the 2018 TicketGuardian 500, he finished third behind Harvick and Busch. Elliott’s got a shot at +1200 to win on Sunday.

Up to Austin Dillon at +4000, who can take the checkered flag at ISM Raceway?

Erik Jones, Aric Almirola, Clint Bowyer and Kyle Larson all have shots to win on March 10, but the driver to back with really decent odds is Kurt Busch. He’s been knocking on the door to a victory with a third place finish at Atlanta and a fifth place finish at Las Vegas.

Busch also finished tenth at ISM Raceway last year in the TicketGuardian 500. He’s got a shot at lifting the trophy.

Is there a +5000 or higher underdog that can win the 2019 TicketGuardian 500 on Sunday?

On the surface, it looks like there are some attractive +5000 or higher drivers who could win the TicketGuadian 500. Daniel Suarez offers +6600 odds while Jimmie Johnson offers +5000 odds. Alex Bowman also offers +5000 odds and he finished thirteenth in this race last year, not bad.

But, the driver to really considering backing at +5000 odds is Rickey Stenhouse Jr. Although he finished twenty-third in the 2018 TicketGuardian 500, he finished fourth in the 2017 TicketGuardian 500. Not only that, he finished sixth at Las Vegas last week. Stenhouse Jr. is worth a long look at huge +5000 odds.
