Liam Williams +110 vs Mark Heffron -120

After two straight losses to Liam Smith, Williams bounced back with wins over Daryl Sharp and Craig Nicholson. Now with a record of 18-2-1, Williams shows up as a slight dog against 21-0 undefeated Mark Heffron.

There’s been a lot of back and forth between these two leading up to the fight. Both Heffron and Williams has claimed they will knock the other out. Williams is the more aggressive fighter, but in this bout that should hurt him. Heffron relaxes beautifully in the ring.

Every time Williams moves forward, Heffron will be there to land a big blow. Heffron should win this one via TKO.

Dereck Chisora +260 vs Dillian Whyte -320

In the first match between these two, Dillian Whyte grinded out a split decision victory. Whyte has since gone on to beat Malcolm Tann, Robert Helenius, Lucas Browne, and Joseph Parker.

Chisora’s back on track after a loss to Agit Kaybael. He knocked out Akaria Azzouzi and Carlos Takam in his last two. Chisora looked good when knocking out Takam. Obviously, this is a step up. There were moments in the first fight, though, where Chisora appeared to be the more talented fighter.

The odds imply Dereck has no shot. He’s worth backing because Whyte only won a split-decision while Chisora’s come back from the loss to Kaybael.

Josh Warrington +170 vs Carl Frampton -200

Carl Frampton’s an excellent boxer. Right now, odds makers and boxing bettors are giving plenty of respect to Frampton’s opponent on Dec. 22, Josh Warrington. Warrington’s undefeated at 27-0.

Frampton only has 1 loss on his record. He looked great in his last fight, a TKO win over Luke Jackson, but he’s giving up 2 inches to Warington while Warrington moves exceptionally well. Frampton’s going to have to cut down the taller man. That might not happen.

Charlie Edwards +140 vs Cristofer Rosales -170

Another fantastic boxing match this Saturday takes place when Charlie Edwards takes on champion Cristofer Rosales. Edwards’ lone loss was to John Riel Casimerio.

Both these fighters do everything right. But, Rosales last lost to Andrew Selby way back in May, 2017. The champ knocked Selby down in the first round, but then Selby dominated. Edwards isn’t yet on Selby’s level.

However, Edwards moves extremely well. Rosales is more of a plodder while Edwards can get around the champ’s punches. If Edwards keeps his mind on business, there’s a great chance he pulls off the upset.
