Sebastian Fundora -1587 vs Chordale Booker +670
WBC and WBO Junior Lightweight Titles
Where: Las Vegas, Nevada – ESPN/ESPN+
Boxing Pick: Sebastian Fundora
Chordale Booker is going to find it difficult to hang with the freak that is Sebastian Fundora. The challenger is 23-1 with 11 knockouts, but like anybody who boxes Fundora, you have to deal with Sebastian’s height.
Not only that, but his height means that looping hooks and even straights wind up from a distance, meaning when Fundora lands a punch, it’s much more powerful than most lightweights.
The torque in Fundora’s midsection is incredible. Also, Booker is 33 and his skills shouldn’t be where they were 5 years ago. Fundora wins and he should win via knockout.
^.@Sebastianfundo1 can box when he has to, but he's at his best when he goes toe-to-toe and lets his hands go . #FundoraBooker pic.twitter.com/g4Nb23CQYV

George Kambosos Jr. -1299 vs Daud Yordan +610
Junior Welterweight
Where: Sydney, Australia – DAZN
Boxing Pick: George Kambosos Jr.
The odds suggest George Kambosos Jr. rolls through Daud Yordan. The massive underdog hails from Indonesia and has a nice 43-4 record with 31 knockout wins.
Yordan has fought in Jakarta, Thailand, and Indonesia in his last few fights, which suggest even though the record is terrific, Daud hasn’t faced top competition.
George Kambosos is one of the best fighters in the division. Kambosos has lost 3-of-4 but check out the opponents, and it’s obvious George is taking a major step down in class.
Devin Haney beat Kambosos in back-to-back losses via unanimous decision. George lasted until the eleventh versus Vasyl Lomachenko in his last bout. GKJ should end Yordan’s night early.

Cherneka Johnson -188 vs Nina Hughes +140
WBA Women’s Bantamweight Title
Where: Perth, Western Australia – DAZN
Boxing Pick: Cherneka Johnson
Johnson heads into her bout versus Hughes the favorite because of her fantastic record. Cherneka is 16-2 overall and has a decent knockout percentage after scoring 6-of-16 victories via stoppage.
Johnson bounced back from a loss to Ellie Scotney by beating Hughes in the first bout via majority decision.
Hughes believes she won the first fight, which means she’s ultra motivated for the rematch. The loss was Nina’s first.
But Hughes is 42 compared to the 30-year-old Johnson. The younger fighter has the edge.
^Skye Nicolson -901 vs Tiara Brown +490
WBC Women’s Featherweight Title
Where: Sydney, Australia – DAZN
Boxing Pick: Skye Nicolson
Although 18-0 with 11 stoppage victories, Tiara Brown is going to find it ultra difficult to beat Skye Nicolson. Brown last fought against a fighter with a 22-17-4 record.
Skye is an elite boxer. She’s undefeated at 12-0. Not only that, but Skye is 7 years younger than Brown.
Nicolson wins this, but she isn’t likely to knockout Brown because Nicolson has a single KO on her record.
Adding a Skye victory to your parlays to boost potential payouts is the best course of action.
^Alberto Mora Garcia -676 vs Viktor Slavinskyi +410
Where: Las Vegas, Nevada – ESPN/ESPN+
Boxing Pick: Alberto Mora Garcia
Slavinskyi has a nice 15-3-1 record. The Ukrainian can throw. Slavinskyi has knocked out 7 of his opponents and shows a single loss via stoppage. So Viktor can also take a punch.
He’s up against it versus Garcia, though. Alberto has fought in Mexico, but he’s shown he can hang with top competition.
Garcia is 12-0 with 9 stoppage victories. His Las Vegas debut should be electrifying, since word is out that Garcia might be the next great El Tri pugilist.
Back Garcia to get the knockout win if you’re looking to boost the payout.
^Elijah Lorenzo Garcia -699 vs Terrell Gausha +410
Where: Las Vegas, Nevada – ESPN/ESPN+
Boxing Pick: Elijah Lorenzo Garcia
The 37-year-old Gausha is a serious boxer. Terrell has amassed a nice 24-4-1 record. Gausha has won 5% of his fights via stoppage. 12 knockouts in 24 wins isn’t bad considering Gausha has entered the ring against some exceptional boxers.
Elijah Lorenzo Garcia should be difficult to handle, though. Garcia is a 21-year-old American with a single loss on his record.
Garcia fell to Kyrone Davis via split decision in his last. The fight could have gone either way. So Garcia, who hails from Glendale, Arizona, this writer’s hometown, can get back on track in a hurry.
Elijah has won 13-of-16 via knockout. The man can flat out dominate an opponent. So we should expect Garcia to get back on the winning track on Saturday.
Knocking out Gausha may not happen. So this is another where we may want to add a Garcia win to parlays.
