Zhanibek Alimkhanuly -676 vs Anauel Ngamissengua +400
IBF and WBO Middleweight Titles
Saturday, April 5th, 2025 / Astana, Khazakhstan – ESPN+
Ngamissengua, like the champ, is undefeated.
The 4-to-1 underdog has won 6 of his last 7 via stoppage.
Overall, Ngamissengua is 14-0 with 9 knockout or technical knockout wins.
But as well as the dog has performed in his matches, this is a huge step up in class.
Alimkhanuly is one of the top middleweights in the world.
There’s a reason he owns two titles and has gone 16-0 with 11 stoppage wins.
The champ is going to be difficult to beat.
Boxing Pick: Zhanibek Alimkhanuly

David Adeleye -625 vs Jeamie Tshikeva +380
Saturday, April 5th, 2025 / Manchester, England – DAZN
David “Big D” Adeleye heads into this with a single loss on the record.
Adeleye is a big time puncher as evidenced by his 12 knockout wins from 13 victories.
The odds, though, may make Adeleye an underlay in this because the lone loss came via KO.
Jeamie Tshikeva’s lone loss also came via knockout.
Both of these guys can brawl.
Tshikeva could show more boxing skills in this.
He’s been undefeated since the 2023 defeat.
The odds make the underdog playable.
Boxing Pick: Jeamie Tshikeva
Joseph Joyce +285 vs Filip Hrgovic -420
Saturday, April 5th, 2025 / Manchester, England – DAZN
The Juggernaut, that’s Joseph Joyce, has lost 3-of-4.
All 3 losses came against quality opponents.
2 of the 3 defeats were at the hands of Zhilei Zhang.
The other was in his last bout against Derek Chisora.
Filip Hrgovic goes into this off a defeat.
But Hrgovic’s loss came versus Daniel Dubois in a title fight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a slight step down in class for Filip, who should have no trouble taking advantage of Joyce’s suspect chin.
Boxing Pick: Filip Hrgovic
Lindolfo Delgado -156 vs Elvis Rodriguez +117
Saturday, April 5th, 2025 / Las Vegas, Nevada – ESPN+
Delgado is 22-0 with 13 stoppage victories.
The 30 year old Mexican does everything right.
He has the boxing skills to win via decision and the power to knockout his opponents.
Still, the odds suggest this is a close fight.
The reason? Elvis Rodriguez has a single loss on the record.
It came via majority decision to Kenneth Simms back in 2021.
Since then, the Dominican has fought great, including knocking out Viktor Postal in 2023.
Rodriguez does enough for the decision victory.
Boxing Pick: Elvis Rodriguez
Richard Torrez Jr. -204 vs Guido Vianello +150
Saturday, April 5th, 2025 / Las Vegas, Nevada – ESPN+
The main event on the ESPN card features the exceptionally talented 25 year old heavyweight Richard Torrez Jr.
Torrez Jr. is fast rising as one of the heavys who could dethrone Dubois and possibly Oleksandr Usyk.
But Torrez is green, which is why the odds suggest Vianello has a shot.
The dog has a ton of experience.
More than Torrez Jr. Guido hasn’t taken on a fighter with Torrez’s skill set in a long time.
He lost to Jonathan Rice and Efe Ajagba in 2 of his last 5 bouts.
Neither Rice nor Ajagba can box like Torrez Jr. The youngster gets it done.
Boxing Pick: Richard Torrez Jr.

Tim Tszyu -847 vs Joey Spencer +460
Sunday, April 6th, 2025 / New South Wales, Australia
Tszyu is desperate to get back on the winning track, which is why he’s fighting Joey Spencer on Sunday.
Since losing a split decision to Sebastian Fundora, the current super welterweight champ, Tszyu took a few months off and then stepped into the ring against Bakhram Murtazaliev.
It was a disaster.
Murtazaliev ended Tszyu’s night in the third round.
Spencer is 19-1 with 11 stoppage wins.
Joey hasn’t come close to fighting anyone on Tszyu’s level.
But Spencer has good skills and learned his craft in some of the top gyms in the U.S.
Tszyu’s career may be over, it’s tough to come back from two straight devastating losses, which is why taking a shot on Spencer is the way to go.
Boxing Pick: Joey Spencer
