Calgary Stampeders vs Ottawa Redblacks

2018 saw the Calgary Stampeders dominate. They ran through the CFL Regular Season as if they were from a different football league. This season? Things haven’t been as rosy for the Stampeders. They’re only 3-2 straight up. Worse, they’re 1-4 against the spread.

Ottawa started the 2019 CFL Season with a couple of impressive wins: 32-28 over Calgary and 44-41 over Saskatchewan. From there, things have gone downhill. The Redblacks are on an 0-3 losing streak both SU and ATS. They’ve lost to Winnipeg twice and, surprisingly, Montreal. They haven’t scored more than 19 points in their last 3, which means the Stampeders should cover.

CFL Betting Pick: Calgary Stampeders

Toronto Argonauts vs Edmonton Eskimos

Argonauts-Eskimos should be a blowout victory for Edmonton. Toronto is 0-5 straight up. They average 15 points per while allowing 37.6 per. Edmonton, though, hasn’t been unbelievable against the spread. The Eskimos are only 2-3 SU and ATS.

However, the trends point to an Edmonton win and cover. The Eskimos are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 following an ATS loss. Toronto is 0-5 ATS in their last 5 following an ATS win and 0-4 ATS versus a team with a winning record. Following the trends in this matchup.

CFL Betting Pick: Edmonton Eskimos

Winnipeg Blue Bombers vs Hamilton Tiger-Cats

The best matchup in Week 7 happens on Friday when the Winnipeg Blue Bombers travel to Hamilton to take on the Tiger-Cats. Hamilton is 4-1 SU. They’ve gone 4-1 ATS. After a 29-36 upset loss to Montreal on July 4, they bounced back with a big 30-23 victory over Calgary.

Winnipeg is 5-0 this season. They’ve also gone 5-0 against the spread. Eventually, a team loses in CFL and Week 7 might be when Winnipeg loses. The Tiger-Cats are 10-1-1 ATS in their last 12 Friday games and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games. Hamilton should at least use homefield advantage to cover on July 26.

CFL Betting Pick: Hamilton Tiger-Cats

Saskatchewan Roughriders vs B.C. Lions

The Roughriders go head-to-head against the B.C. Lions on Saturday, July 27. Saskatchewan is 8-3 ATS in their last 11 versus the West, but only 2-5 ATS in their last 7 after an ATS win.

Although the trends for Saskatchewan are mixed, the trends for British Columbia are downright cold. The Lions are 1-8 ATS in their last 9 games overall, 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games, and 2-10 ATS versus a team with a losing record. The Roughriders win and cover.

CFL Betting Pick: Saskatchewan Roughriders
