Illinois Fighting Illini at Nebraska Cornhuskers (UNDER 68)
These are two teams that have made a habit of losing this season, although there are signs that the Cornhuskers are starting to put things together. They went into their game against Ohio State last weekend on a modest 2-game win streak, and they came very close to springing a major upset, eventually going down 36-31. Illinois broke out of their losing slump with a win over Minnesota in a game that was predictably high-scoring. These two have been involved in some high-scoring games this season, yet 4 of their last 5 meetings have gone UNDER. I am looking at more of the same here.Latest NCAA Football Week 11 Betting Trends
- The total has gone OVER in 5 of Illinois’s last 6 games
- The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Nebraska’s last 5 games when playing Illinois
Tulsa Golden Hurricane at Memphis Tigers (OVER 65 ½)
This is one of those games where it would be easy to simply look at the current records and go with a rather confident pick. After all, Tulsa has only seen 1 of their 8 games hit the OVER this season, leading you to believe that we will be looking at more of the same here. That single OVER came in their last game, though, and when you combine what Memphis has done of late, you begin to look at things a little differently. Memphis has seen the OVER hit in each of their previous 2 games, while 4 of the last 6 meetings between these two teams has gone the same way.Latest NCAA Football Week 11 Betting Trends
- The total has gone UNDER in 7 of Tulsa’s last 8 games
- The total has gone OVER in 4 of Memphis’s last 6 games when playing Tulsa
Washington State Cougars at Colorado Buffaloes (OVER 61)
When you look at the teams left with a shot at getting into the college football playoffs this season, you see a Washington State team that is perhaps the biggest outsider to make it. They need to win out and get a lot of help along the way, but that also means that they will be looking to continue to impress the playoff committee with big wins. They will be on the road against a slumping Colorado team this weekend with a shot at putting some big numbers on the board. The Cougars have seen the OVER hit in each of their last 5 road games, and I think it might hit again on Saturday.Latest NCAA Football Week 11 Betting Trends
- The total has gone OVER in 9 of Washington State’s last 12 games
- The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Colorado’s last 6 games when playing Washington State
LSU Tigers at Arkansas Razorbacks (UNDER 47 ½)
The LSU Tigers saw their playoff dreams go up in smoke with a 29-0 loss to Alabama last weekend, so it’s going to be interesting to see how they respond. Joe Burrow and the Tigers offense wasn’t able to get anything going against the champs, and while they should have more success against the Razorbacks, are we really going to see them run up the score here? The Tigers have now seen back to back games go UNDER, and with the Razorbacks unlikely to be able to break down the LSU D, we are potentially looking at another UNDER in this one.Latest NCAA Football Week 11 Betting Trends
