On Tuesday night, we will get our first look at what the college football playoff committee deems to be their top 25. Regardless of what they come up with, we already know that we are going to see some changes to that initial ranking once we get to the end of College Football Week 11.
That is because we are going to see the top two teams in the nation squaring off, with Alabama and LSU going head to head in a game that will likely decide who represents the West Division in the SEC Conference Championship Game. To make matters worse, they need to hit the road this weekend to face an Arizona State Sun Devils team that is sitting at 5-3 on the season.
The Sun Devils are 3-1 SU at home this season, while the Trojans have stumbled to 1-3 SU in their road games. Arizona State are mild favorites here and I think they pull out the win.
