2019 College Football Week 9 Parlay Picks– October 21st Edition
3-Team Parlay
SMU vs Houston
- When: October 24th, 2019
- College Football Week 9 Odds: SMU -13 ½
Undefeated Southern Methodist has been as good as any team in college football this season. At 6-0 straight up, they’ve proven to be a legitimate New Year’s Day Bowl contender. But, SMU isn’t just winning on the moneyline. They’re also a dynamite 5-1 ATS. They should cover against a Houston team that’s 0-2 ATS at home and 2-4 ATS overall.
NCAAF Betting Pick: SMU
Wisconsin vs Ohio State
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26
- College Football Week 9 Odds: Ohio State -14
The Badgers lost straight up to Illinois. That’s not the only reason to dislike them as +14 dogs against the Ohio State Buckeyes, though. The real reason to dislike the Badgers is because they battle the best team in college football on Saturday. Ohio State is on a 5-game SU and ATS streak. The Buckeyes’ defense hasn’t allowed more than 10 points in 5 straight. They’ll put a beating onto the Badgers on Oct. 26.
NCAAF Betting Pick: Ohio State
4-Team Parlay Add
Auburn vs LSU
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26
- College Football Week 9 Odds: LSU -12
Auburn and LSU often play to the last minute. In 2018, LSU beat Auburn 22-21. The difference this season? Joe Burrow has thrown for 2,484 yards, 29 touchdowns to only 3 picks, and completes over 79% of his passes. Auburn won’t keep up with LSU’s offense, which should lead to a comfortable Louisiana State win and cover.
NCAAF Betting Pick: LSU
5-Team Parlay Add
Washington State vs Oregon
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26
- College Football Week 9 Odds: Oregon -13 ½
Washington State’s defense is a mess while Oregon’s is one of the best in college football. Opponents average 11.9 per against the Ducks. Sure, Oregon struggled to beat the Washington Huskies in their last, but they’re home for this one. The Cougars won’t make it two great defensive performances in a row. Ducks roll.
NCAAF Betting Pick: Oregon
Penn State vs Michigan State
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26
- College Football Week 9 Odds: Penn State -6
Michigan State is just an awful football team. The Spartans have dropped 2 straight up. They’re 1-3 ATS in their last 4. Penn State isn’t a covering machine, going 4-3 ATS this season. However, the Spartans can’t move the football while the defense has fallen on hard times. Expect the Nittany Lions to easily grab this one SU and ATS unless they spent too much emotionally in the win over the Michigan Wolverines in Week 8.
NCAAF Betting Pick: Penn State
6-Team Parlay Add
South Carolina vs Tennessee
- When: Saturday, Oct. 26
- College Football Week 9 Odds: South Carolina -4
The Gamecocks can hang with some of the best teams in the SEC. South Carolina upset Georgia on the road. They held Florida in check until the fourth quarter in Week 8. Tennessee is one of the worst teams in the SEC, maybe, in college football. This season, the Vols have lost to Georgia State, BYU, Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. South Carolina should easily cover the spread against Tennessee. But, since this one’s on the road, it makes sense to only back the Gamecocks in a 6-team parlay.
NCAAF Betting Pick: South Carolina
