NCAAF Week 11 Betting Lines & Expert Pick for TCU at Oklahoma
Why Bet the Iowa Hawkeyes Odds at +12?
Why bet on Iowa in this contest? Well, because they just beat one nationally-ranked conference rival this past weekend! The Hawkeyes have won two consecutive games and three of their last four and beat Ohio State to a pulp in their shocking 55-24 Week 10 win over the Buckeyes. Iowa led 31-17 at the half and put their longtime conference rivals away by outscoring the Buckeyes 17-7 in the final quarter. Quarterback Nate Stanley threw five TD passes in the win to lead the Hawkeyes to one of the biggest upsets of the entire 2017 season. Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz said he was pleased with Stanley’s performance against the elite national title contenders. Stanley, a true freshman a year ago, was the backup to now-graduated C.J. Beathard. “When things go wrong, it doesn’t seem to rock his world,” Ferentz said. “I’m sure it does internally, but he doesn’t show that. And then most importantly, he comes back and plays on the next play. Still, Ferentz said he knows his team and the young quarterback will have their hands full against Wisconsin’s perennially-powerful defense. “It’s a unique system, and just like they run the football very well on offense, they stop the run defensively and make it really tough for you to gain yards; but more importantly it’s tough to score against them, and that’s been a challenge for us,” Ferentz said. “It’s been a challenge for pretty much anybody that plays them.” The good news for Iowa fans and betting backers is that the Hawkeyes have held five of their last seven opponents to 17 points or less and have not allowed more than 24 points in any game over the stretch.Team Statistics

Why Bet the Wisconsin Badgers Odds at -12?
Why bet on the Badgers in this Week 11 conference clash? Because they are too disciplined to lose focus like Ohio State did last weekend. Wisconsin improved to 9-0 on the season by routing Indiana 45-17 last weekend to cover the spread as a 10.5-point road favorite. The Badgers had their second-highest scoring game of the season as quarterback Alex Hornibrook tossed two TD passes and talented freshman running back Jonathan Taylor rushed for a stellar 183 yards and one touchdown. Still, head coach Paul Chryst was impressed with Iowa’s Stanley last weekend. “He’s done a nice job of continuing to grow and develop,” Chryst said. “It looks to me like he’s playing with confidence. He’s tough and he’s a really good quarterback.” Chryst said that the improving Hornibrook isn’t happy that he’s thrown an interception in six straight games, but he’s looking forward and not backward. “When that happens, he gets frustrated,” Chryst said. “He doesn’t want to do that. He’s done a nice job of bouncing back and being mentally tough as much as physically tough. I thought he showed good toughness last game, in both those areas.” Chryst also said that Iowa’s huge win last weekend put his team on notice for the coming weekend, but that’s not enough to be considered as the NCAAF Week 11 odds favorite. “They’re going to grab our attention,” Chryst said. “It didn’t all of a sudden become, ‘Whoa! I didn’t know that was in them,’ when you saw that. This group knows when you get to this week it’s a big week.”Team Statistics
