Week 14 College Football Dynamic Duo Of Parlay Picks

Written by on November 30, 2016

If you’re looking for some Week 14 college football picks that look like they could be part of a winning parlay wager, then you’re going to love the ‘dynamic duo’ of ATS picks that I’m about to offer up.

Okay, with two teams looking like outstanding picks to bring home the bacon in their respective Week 14 matchups, let’s find out who they are.

Here’s A Closer Look At The Week 14 College Football Dynamic Duo Of Parlay Picks

Baylor Bears (6-5) at West Virginia Mountaineers (9-2)

When: Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 3:30 PM ET
TV: FS1
NCAAF Odds: West Virginia -16.5 / Total: 66.5

Analysis:
Baylor Bears (6-5 SU, 2-9 ATS) has lost five straight games and got spanked by high-scoring Texas Tech in their 54-35 Week 13 loss this past Friday while never coming close to covering the spread as a 4-point favorite.

West Virginia (9-2 SU, 5-6 ATS) bounced back nicely from their humbling loss to Oklahoma one week earlier to rout Iowa State 49-19 this past Saturday and easily cover the spread as a 7.5-point road. For this Big 12 showdown, I’ve got to say that I am completely stunned that 56 percent of the betting public likes Baylor to cover the spread in this contest.

Not only have the Bears gone 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a straight-up or ATS loss, but they’re also 0-5 ATS in their last five conference games and 0-6 ATS in their last half-dozen road games. West Virginia is 4-0 ATS in their last four games after scoring more than 40 points in their previous game. More importantly, Baylor couldn’t stop running water if their collective lives depended on it.

There’s no way in hell I’d back Baylor to cover any spread these days with the way they’re giving up points. West Virginia can be downright explosive on occasion and I expect them to have their way offensively while pounding Baylor that until the Bears wave the white flag.

My Pick:
West Virginia 49 Baylor 28

Clemson Tigers (11-1) at Virginia Tech Hokies (9-3)

When: Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 8:00 PM ET
TV: ABC
NCAAF Odds: Clemson -8.5 / Total: 44

Analysis:
Clemson Tigers has won two straight and comes into this contest off a 56-7 blowout over South Carolina last weekend while easily covering the spread as a whopping 27-point favorite. Virginia Tech has also won two straight and comes into this conference title tilt off an emphatic 52-10 spanking over Virginia while easily covering the college football betting line as a 19-point home favorite.

Simply put, I’m going to advise you to join the 56 percent of the betting public that likes Clemson to win and cover the spread as an 8.5-point favorite. While I’m not expecting Virginia Tech to simply roll over in this ACC championship showdown, I do like the Tigers to narrowly get it done.

Clemson has gone 7-0 ATS in their last seven neutral-site games, 5-2 ATS in their last seven games following an ATS win and 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games following an SU win. Conversely, Virginia Tech is just 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a straight-up win and an identical 1-4 ATS in their last five neutral-site games.

Clemson has scored a whopping 91 points over their last two games and will have the best two players on the field in this matchup in quarterback Deshaun Watson and running back Wayne Gallman and is playing their best football of the season at just the right time. Clemson wins and narrowly covers the spread.

My Pick:
Clemson 35 Virginia Tech 24
