Betting Teaser with Week 3 College Games
Teaser bets in college football allow us to gain a point spread advantage.
The trick is to find at least three games where the point spread advantage should make a significant difference should the team you like underperform.
Two team teasers don’t pay enough to play, which is why this blog lists a three team teaser, four team teaser, five team teaser, and six team teaser bet.

Writer’s Teaser Picks for the Third Week of the NCAAF Season
Three Team Teaser at 6.5 Points
South Carolina’s defense has 10 sacks and 4 interceptions in 2 games.
Not only that, but this matchup happens on South Carolina’s field.
Also, the Gamecocks face an LSU team that doesn’t appear to be close to having the type of defense the program has had in the past.
SC can win this straight up so adding them to the teaser at +13 is a no-brainer.
Missouri should trounce Boston College.
For sure, the Eagles played great when beating Florida State.
Let’s be honest, though.
FSU isn’t close to the team that went undefeated last season.
Not only that, but Mizzou is at home and hasn’t yielded a single point in 2 games.
The sixth ranked team in the nation rolls.
Wisconsin is a solid football team.
The Badgers always play with heart and prides itself on winning the trenches.
Heart will take you only so far when you must deal with an Alabama time with more life on offense than we’ve seen in years.
What’s surprising about Kalen DeBoer’s squad is that the Tide are also dominating on defense.
Jalen Milroe has another unbelievable game in an Alabama blowout victory.
Four Team Teaser at 6.5 Points
- South Carolina +13 vs LSU
- Missouri -10 vs Boston College
- Alabama -9.5 vs South Carolina Wisconsin
- Arizona +13.5 vs Kansas State – Friday night
The K-State versus U-of-A game is on Friday night.
So if you want to add that one to your teaser bets, make sure to do so before kick off at 8:00 pm eastern time.
The Arizona Wildcats didn’t look good in the win over NAU.
Center Josh Baker didn’t play. He lists as active.
So it’s difficult to know why coach Brennan kept him out.
Baker should start and play the entire game barring injury on Friday night.
If Baker gives Noah Fifita time, he will find Tetairoa McMillan versus a K-State defense that gave up 27 points to Tulane in their second game.
Zona can win this straight up.
Five Team Teaser at 6.5 Points
- South Carolina +13 vs LSU
- Missouri -10 vs Boston College
- Alabama -9.5 vs Wisconsin
- Arizona +13.5 vs Kansas State
- Oklahoma State -13.5 vs Tulsa
The Pokes must travel to Tulsa but… wow.
The Golden Hurricane gave up 28 points to Arkansas State and lost outright.
There’s no way the Hurricane hangs with Oklahoma State, a team that beat a solid Arkansas squad 39-31 in a 2 overtime thriller in their second matchup.
Oklahoma should roll Tulsa and end this before halftime.
Six Team Teaser at 6.5 Points
- South Carolina +13 vs LSU
- Missouri -10 vs Boston College
- Alabama -9.5 vs Wisconsin
- Arizona +13.5 vs Kansas State
- Oklahoma State -13.5 vs Tulsa
- Oregon State +21.5 vs Oregon
When we get to six team teasers, it becomes tougher to find the game that will yield a positive outcome.
Adding Oregon State at +21.5 versus Oregon should yield a good outcome for us.
Beavers versus Ducks is one of college football’s most heated rivalries.
It’s so intense that college football fans have dubbed it The Civil War.
Rivalry games are tough to win.
In this case, the game happens in Corvallis at Oregon State’s stadium.
Not only that but Oregon beat Boise by 3 points and Idaho by 10.
The Ducks are going to struggle to beat the Beavers by 10 to 14 much less over 21.

How to Interpret College Football Betting Lines Let’s Find Out
We know you want to bet on the next college game, so before you go nuts with your MyBookie acount, it’s best to understand the college football betting lines and how crucial they are when it comes to making an informed bet.
Here’s a simple breakdown:
-
Point Spread:
This is the number of points the favored team is expected to win by. For example, if a team is favored by 7 points, they need to win by more than 7 points for a bet on them to be successful. -
Moneyline:
This represents the odds of a team winning outright, without a point spread. A negative number (e.g., -150) indicates the favorite, while a positive number (e.g., +130) indicates the underdog. -
Over/Under (Total):
This is the total number of points expected to be scored by both teams combined. You can bet on whether the actual score will be over or under this number. -
Teasers and Parlays:
Teasers allow you to adjust point spreads in your favor for a lower payout. Parlays involve betting on multiple games, where all bets must win for a payout.

Penn State vs Army College Football Lines Report
Previous Betting News
Both the Army Black Knights (1-3) and the Penn State Nittany Lions (3-1) will be gunning for a victory on Saturday when they meet at Beaver Stadium. After a rough start to the season, the Black Knights will be hoping to secure a big road win in this conference matchup. Meanwhile, the Nittany Lions will be keen to enter the heart of Big Ten play on a four-game winning streak. With so much to prove in the NCAA Football odds, here is a brief guide on how to place your bets on this game.

Betting on the Nittany Lions
Penn State grabbed a crucial Week 4 victory over the San Diego State Aztecs last Saturday, winning 37-21 at Beaver Stadium. A win against the Black Knights will extend their winning streak to four games, something that the program is eager to achieve. QB Christian Hackenberg is completing 52.8 of his passes for 668 yards, four TDs with two INT so far this season. In the game against the Aztecs, Hackenberg had a leading performance, passing 21-of-35 for 296 yards and 3 TDs. The QB has however failed to throw a TD in five of his last 10 games, hence will need to replicate his performance in Week 4 if he is to give his team a winning chance.
Of course, the QB will need to be supported by his offensive targets, spearheaded by RB Saquon Barkley who leads the program with 373 yards and three TDs. In the event that Barkley is unavailable due to his lingering injury, the duo of Rashaad Penny (rushed for 55 yards in Week 4) and Donnel Pumphrey (rushed for 56 yards in Week 4) will need to take the leading role in the running back department that is averaging 170.5 yards per game. In the receiving end, DaeSean Hamilton, Chris Godwin and Mikah Holder will be the go-to guys for big plays and scores in the end zone.
On the opposite side of the ball, Penn State is allowing 16.3 points and 281.8 yards per contest. Troy Reeder leads the way with 23 tackles, while Carl Nassib has seven sacks and Jason Cabinda has four pass deflections. Decent as these numbers are, the defense will need to be on its best showing, considering the Black Knights are decently averaging 31 PPG.
Betting on the Black Knights
The Black Knights are looking to secure their second win of the season after beating Eastern Michigan 58-36 at Rynearson Stadium last Saturday. In that game, Aaron Kemper rushed for 140 yards and a TD, while Matt Giachinta rushed for 88 yards. John Trainor and DeAndre Bell led the receivers by adding 21 and 67 receiving yards respectively.
QB Ahmad Bradshaw, who is completing 50 percent of his passes for 194 yards, three TDs with one INT, is questionable to play on Saturday with an ankle injury. Given that Bradshaw is the No. 1 QB in Army and boasts of being the team’s leading rusher (with 341 yards and four touchdowns), going against Penn State will be an uphill task for the Black Nights. Nonetheless, backup quarterback A.J. Schurr, who replaced Bradshaw after getting injured last week, proved capable of leading Army’s triple-threat attack. In his limited time, Schurr ran 10 times for 67 yards and two touchdowns. Added to the fact that the Black Knights’ ground game is averaging 294.5 yards per game, which is good for ninth-best in the nation, whoever gets to start at QB will have sufficient support from the team’s explosive running game.
On the D-line, the Black Knights are allowing 28 points but allowing 418.3 yards per contest, something that could easily expose them heavily against Penn State’s mobile offense. Jeremy Timpf (who leads the program with 31 tackles), Andrew King (who has three sacks) and Brandon Jackson (who has two interceptions) will thus need to up their performance in order to avoid getting blown out by the Nittany Lions. This will be particularly important because the defense will miss the services of Josh Jenkins, Brett Toth and Jaryn Villegas due to injuries.
My Expert Game Prediction & Pick
If Bradshaw is available, Army could have a chance of hanging close with the Nittany Lions in this game. However, if he’s unavailable, things could be really tough, considering Schurr will be playing on the road and against a stingy Penn State defense. All in all, expect Hackenberg and his offense to give a good showing, as Army’s triple-threat offense makes life difficult, but in the end, the Nittany Lions should be able to claw away with a win and cover of the spread, as the total goes OVER in a high-scoring thriller.
