MyBookie.ag’s free esports betting tips focus on three Counter-Strike: Global Offensive bouts, slated to take place on Friday, March 19, in Group C at ESL Pro League Season 13. Here are our best bets for the opening Group C games featuring Gambit Esports vs MIBR, Natus Vincere vs Cloud9 and FURIA vs Team One. Let’s get right to it so you can make your bets against their Counter Strike odds.

ESL Pro League Season 13 – Group C Betting Picks

Gambit Esports Vs MIBR – Friday, March 19 – 12:00 CET

Gambit have recently won IEM Katowice 2021, which was a shock to everyone, since they shouldn’t be winning such tournaments with the roster they have. In their defense, Gambit played flawlessly and took down the likes of VP, G2, Natus Vincere, Heroic, mousesports, which is quite a feat for a team of this calibre.

After their impressive performance, Gambit took some time off and upon returning to the battlefield suffered a loss against Copenhagen Flames, who are a much weaker team than any of the squads at the IEM Katowice. That result makes me believe Gambit have taken their foot off the gas a little and should be vulnerable to upset losses.

There were no previous bouts between these two sides, which makes this match quite a mystery. The current MIBR roster are not nearly as good as some of their previous renditions, but they are hungry to prove themselves on the big stage, and I am sure Gambit won’t take this game as seriously as if they were to face a  tough opponent.

Due to the massive quality gap, Gambit should emerge victoriously, but MIBR have the tools to force the series to three maps. Bet on MIBR to make it close!

Prediction: MIBR +1.50 Maps

Natus Vincere Vs Cloud9 – Friday, March 19 – 15:30 CET

Natus Vincere enter this match after an embarrassing early exit from IEM Katowice, where they got eliminated by their regional rivals Gambit. Their premature exit, however, doesn’t surprise me, since NaVi are the type of team that can either play like a top team or utter garbage – it all depends on how they feel on any given day – which leads me to believe NaVi need to make some roster changes to find some stability, and only then will they be able to compete for a Major title.

NaVi haven’t played a single match since Katowice and considering they are known to start tournaments slowly, this might actually be a way closer match than what the betting odds suggest.

Cloud9 are not in great form, seeing how they’ve won only two games in their last five outings. Their only wins came against Movistar Riders and K23, but they were not nearly as successful against Winstrike, VOYVODA and Heroic, which are obviously not ideal results. On a more positive note, C9 at least got a chance to warm up ahead of this bout.

NaVi should be winning games like that, but since they usually drop the ball in the tournament openers, I’m ready to believe Cloud9 just might surprise the Ukrainian squad. Bet on C9 to take at least one map off NaVi!

Prediction: Cloud9 +1.50 Maps

FURIA Vs TeamOne – Friday, March 19 – 19:00 CET

The last time these two sides met was way back in August 2020, during DreamHack Open Summer 2020 North America, when FURIA won 2-1. Andrei “arT” Piovezan was FURIA’s best player that day with 68 frags and a 1.45 HLTV rating across the series, while Bruno “b4rtiN” Câmara emerged as the best player on Team One with 59 frags and a 1.13 HLTV rating.

Both teams have made some roster changes since then, so it’s not wise to put too much weight on that result.

Team One have struggled to find any traction during their trip to Europe and considering they have struggled against the likes of Apeks, Copenhagen Flames, GODSENT, and ENDPOINT, it’s extremely difficult to imagine they can cause any issues to FURIA.

FURIA might have had their fair share of iffy showings across the last month, but this is still the No.12 team in the global rankings, whereas Team One are not even inside top-50 (#53), which tells a lot about how far apart these sides are quality-wise. Online matches are full of upset wins, but I don’t expect any surprises here. Bet on FURIA to win 2-0!

Prediction: FURIA -1.50 Maps
