Paris Eternal (2-2) vs. London Spitfire (4-0)
Paris Eternal is sitting in 14th place in the standings while London sits in fifth place heading into Stage 4. Paris, an expansion team this season, has gone 5-6 in 11 total games this season while alternating wins and losses over their last seven games including a 2-1 defeat against Dallas last Sunday. London has gone 7-4 in 11 games this season, but the Spitfire have found their groove by winning four straight including a pair of 4-0 smackdowns over Boston and Atlanta over their last three games. Simply put, London, led by star player, Seungtae “Bdosin” Choi, the Spitfire are just too good to lose to the expansion team out of Paris. I like London to get the fairly easy win in this matchup and you should too.
eSports Betting Pick: London 3 Paris 1
Houston Outlaws (0-3) vs. Seoul Dynasty (1-2)
Houston has gone 3-7 so far this season and the Outlaws come limping into this affair riding a four-game losing streak that includes a humbling 3-1 shutout loss against Shanghai two weeks ago after suffering an embarrassing 4-0 shutout loss against Philadelphia just prior to that. Seoul is sitting in eighth place at 5-5, but the Dynasty have won three of their last seven games while snapping a three-game skid by subduing Dallas 4-0 the last time they picked up the sticks.
While the Outlaws have two of the top 20 statistically-ranked players in Overwatch on their side in WonHyeop “ArHaN” Jung and Christopher “Bani” Benell, I’m going to advise you to back Seoul for the win simply because the Dynasty have been playing much better after getting off to a slow start this season. Houston is winless this stage and I expect them to stay that way, at least through this matchup.
eSports Betting Pick: Seoul Dynasty 3 Houston 2
Los Angeles Valiant (2-2) vs. Dallas Fuel (2-2)
Los Angeles is sitting in 18th place with an ugly 2-9 mark so far this season while Dallas sits in eighth place with a respectable 6-5 mark after 11 games. L.A. got past Washington 3-1 on Friday to improve to 3-1 over their last four games. Dallas might have the better record coming into this matchup, but the Fuel look like a team that should be bet against seeing as how they’re looking to shake off back-to-back 4-0 spankings at the hands of Vancouver and Seoul in their last two games. While Dallas did manage to win their previous two matches, the Fuel looked completely lost and confused this past weekend and that why you’re eSports betting bucks will be better served by backing Los Angeles in this contest.
eSports Betting Pick: Los Angeles 3 Dallas 1
