We start our analysis of all the great action with a major battle between Lol heavyweights KT Rolster and KingZone Dragon X on Wednesday, Jan. 23. Also that day, tough Griffin battles upset minded Hanwha Life.

Wednesday, Jan. 23
- KT Rolster vs KingZone Dragon X
KT Rolster had been as hot as any League of Legends team from any region up until the World Championships Playoff. The Rolsters had won 9-of-10. Once the playoffs started, tough Chinese multi-platform eSports squad Invictus Gaming beat them 3:2. In Champions Korea, KT Rolster has lost 1:2 to Hanwha Life and 0:3 to Damwon Gaming.
KingZone Dragon X hasn’t been all that great, either. They enter this match having lost 4 in a row: 1:3 to Afreeca Freecs, 0:3 to Gen.G, 0:2 to Griffin, and 0:2 to Sandbox. KDX might have the slight edge, though, just because the 0:3 loss KT Rolster suffered to Damwon could be tough to get over.

- Hanwha Life vs Griffin
Hanwha Life is already 2:0 in Champions Korea Spring 2019. They beat KT Rolster 2:1. Then in their second match, they took down Afreeca Freecs 2:0. It sure appears as if Hanwha Life has found a different gear in 2019 compared to 2018.
Griffin is 2:0 as well, though. They took down KDX 2:0 and Jin Air Green Wings 2:0. Griffin played marvelously in 2018. So far, they’ve carried over the great play to 2019. It’s hard to go against Griffin until a team at least wins a game against them.

- Gen. G vs Afreeca Freecs
Thursday’s matchup has two of the best League of Legends squads in Korea throwing down. Gen.G. is 0-2,. But they’ve lost to a couple of up and coming squads in Damwon Gaming and Sandbox.
However, Afreeca Freecs is 0-2 as well. The Freecs did make it to the World Championships Playoff. They lost to 0-3 to Cloud 9. It’s only a matter of time before Afreeca Freecs wins a match. It should happen on Jan. 24.

Saturday, Jan. 26
- KingZone Dragon X vs Afreeca Freecs
If both KDX and Afreeca Freecs lose earlier in the week, this could be a matchup between two teams looking for their first victory in LCK 2019 Spring. Will KDX or Afreeca Freecs get it done?
KingZone Dragon X should take the win because the squad has too much talent. Afreeca Freecs might take a game, but KDX will win the match.
