Thursday, June 7th

• L.A. Valiant (6-0) vs. London Spitfire (3-3) at 6:00 PM

The Valiant handed their in-city rivals their first loss of Stage 4 by smacking them around 3-0 last Wednesday. The Valiant then closed out their week by handing New York their first loss as well, although they had a tougher time dispatching the Excelsior 3-2. London got past winless Boston 2-1 on Thursday, but escape Week 3 of the Overwatch League unbeaten as they fell to Dallas 3-1 on Saturday. This matchup needs absolutely little to no thought process at all with the Valiant clearly being the cream of the crop in Stage 4. L.A.’s Indy “SPACE” Halpern and Koo “Fate” Pan-Seung are arguably the scariest tank duo in the league and they’ll lead the Valiant to the easy win in this one! eSports Betting Pick: L.A. • L.A. Gladiators (5-1) vs. New York Excelsior (5-1) at 8:00 PM

The Gladiators got dominated in their humbling 3-0 loss to the Valiant on Wednesday but they rebounded in a big way to manhandle Philadelphia 3-1 the next day. The Excelsior smacked Philly around in their 4-0 win on Monday before succumbing to the Valiant in a difficult matchup 3-2 on Saturday. For this matchup, I’m going to urge eSports bettors everywhere to back the Excelsior to get the super narrow win if based on both of these teams’ Week 3 matchups against the Valiant. New York can switch strategies a lot easier than L.A. and that aspect of their team will be what leads them to the narrow win over a very good Gladiators team that has an identical record as they do right now. eSports Betting Pick: New York Excelsior 3 – L.A. Friday, June 8th

• Boston Mayhem (0-6) vs. Shanghai Dragons (0-6)

Boston was on the wrong end of a narrow 2-1 loss against London on Thursday and then they got humbled again in their 3-1 loss to San Francisco a day later. Shanghai got smacked around in their 4-0 shutout loss to Seoul on Wednesday and they got dominated again in their 3-0 shutout loss against Houston on Friday. One of these teams is going to get their first win of Stage 4 and I genuinely expect it to be a Boston team that dominated in Stage 3, (10-0) but has somehow fallen off in a big way this stage. Shanghai is an amazing 0-36 through all four stages to date and it’s hard to imagine them beating a team of Boston’s caliber even though the Uprising are struggling mightily in Stage 4. Boston, despite its winless record, is the easy pick to get its first win of Stage 4. eSports Betting Pick: Boston Mayhem 3 – Shanghai Dragons 0
