League of Legends Weekend Matches Odds – April 3rd

Written by on April 3, 2020

With professional sports across the globe all but locked down for the foreseeable future, those of us who love to wager need to look elsewhere for our gambling fix. What many of you may not be aware of is that there are eSports leagues taking place all over the world. We are in the videogame era now and competitive leagues are springing up all over. Rather than just competing in sports games such as Madden, NBA2K, and FIFA, players and teams go head to head in other popular games. Right now, the Pacific Championship Series (PCS) 2020 is underway, with 10 teams competing in a League of Legends Tournament.

For this of you who don’t know, League of Legends is a multiplayer online battle game, so the action is always hot in this one. The Saturday schedule begins at 5 AM EST, so let’s look at the matchups and odds on deck for the Riot PCS League. Without further ado here are the League of Legends Odds for the Weekend Matches.

League of Legends Weekend Matches Odds – April 3rd

Machi (-476) Vs J Team (+282)

After 2 rounds of play, these teams are both sitting at 1-1. Machi got day 1 off to a winning start by taking out Resurgence, but they were unable to keep the winning going on Day 2, losing to Talon eSports, who are still unbeaten. It was a similar story for J Team, although they had to bounce back from a Day 1 loss in the Spring League, losing to ahq eSports Club. They did, though, bounce back with a win over HK attitude. Machi are big favorites here and should get the win.

Talon (-1428) Vs Resurgence (+528)

It’s still very early in the season, but Talon already looks like the team to beat, while Resurgence could well be playing catchup all the way. Talon are at a perfect 3-0 after beating Nova, Liyab, and Machi in the opening 2 days of the Spring season. At the bottom of the heap is Resurgence, who lost on opening day to Machi and Berjaya Dragons before falling to Nova on the second day of the season. Tough to imagine Talon losing this one.

Alpha (+272) Vs ahq eSports (-454)

9 of the 10 teams in the league have multiple games under their belt, but Saturday will see the first appearance of Alpha, who have an 8 AM match against ahq. It’s tough to have any real idea of how this one might go given that we have yet to see them play. They will be against an ahq eSports team that has won both of their opening games this season, so you would need to give the nod to them in this one.

Liyab (-243) Vs Resurgence (+162)

This is the opening match of the day, which starts at 5 AM EST, and it features a pair of teams who could both use a win. As we mentioned earlier, Resurgence is still looking for their first win of the season and are up against a Liyab team that is 1-1 after the opening 2 days. The fact that Liyab’s loss came against unbeaten Talon suggests that they may be better than their record suggests, so let’s take them to win here.
