Cleveland At Chicago MLB Game 3 Winning Favorites
Written by Henry Watkins on October 26, 2016
Tuesday night proved to be a pretty magical one in the city of Cleveland. That was the night that the Cavaliers opened their NBA season by hoisting the championship banner to the rafters, while the Indians were also taking care of business in a 6-0 win over the Cubs in Game 1 of the World Series. It’s a good time to be a Cleveland sports fan, but this is a city that has had more than its fair share of sporting disappointments over the years. With that in mind, you can bet that the Indians fans will not be putting the champagne on ice after just one victory, especially with games still to come on the hallowed grounds that are Wrigley Field.
The one thing that the Cubs will want to avoid is heading home down 2-0 in the series, as that adds a level of pressure that is very often hard to overcome. We won’t know their fate until late Wednesday night, but for now, let’s look ahead the betting odds on Friday, and Game 3 of the 2016 World Series.
