Top Winning Predictions For MLB Games Of The Week

Written by on July 25, 2016

We are heading into the final week of baseball action before the trade deadline hits, and while most teams have already probably made up their minds about what they are going to do, there are probably a few who are still on the fence. These are most likely the teams that are on the fringes of the Wild Card race, and who could still make a run at the playoffs with a strong performance in the second half. There is still a lot of baseball to be played over the course of the next couple of months, but this week could be one of the most important of all in terms of teams deciding which route they are going to take. There are a lot of good match-ups to take in this week, and we are going to have a quick look at a few of them right now. The live odds for each of these will be posted on MyBookie.ag each day, so be sure to check back in on a regular basis to see where you might possibly want to wager over the next few days.

Analyzing The Top Winning Predictions For MLB Games Of The Week

Cubs vs White Sox – July 25-28

This is what interleague play is all about, as we get to see city rivals go head to head in a 4-game series. The Chicago Cubs appear to have righted their ship, and have started the second half by winning all 3 of the series that they have played so far. Things are not quite so good for the White Sox, though, as they are seeing their season start to slip away. They are just 3-7 to start the second half, and are facing some locker room issues, with Chris Sale made to sit recently over an alleged issue with throwback jerseys. Things could get a whole lot worse if the Cubs can lay on a beating.

Cardinals at Mets – July 25-27

Once the second half rolls around, we can legitimately start talking about the Wild Card race, and there is a good one going on in the National League right now. The LA Dodgers are holding on to the first spot, but it’s tight up there. You have the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Mets both sitting well within reach, which makes their upcoming series a great one to watch and wager on. Both of these teams are realistically looking at the Wild Card as their way into the postseason, as their respective divisions are starting to look a little out of reach.

Washington at Cleveland – July26-27

It may only be a 2-game series, but this is one of the best of the week. You have a pair of division leaders going head to head, with both teams looking to break out of a funk. The Indians have lost 3-straight, and are just 4-5 to start the second half. The Nationals have the same 4-5 record to get things rolling in the second half of the season, but the good news is that both teams have relatively comfortable leads in their respective divisions.
