Oladipo was able to get through some full-court, 5-on-5 work with the Pacers’ G League team on Tuesday. However, he’ll return to being limited to halfcourt work for another few weeks. Don’t look for him before December.
Big man Myles Turner has been out for two weeks with an ankle injury and won’t play Friday but also is progressing. “He was getting better and he’s just not feeling comfortable enough to play,” Coach Nate McMillan said. “He tried some four-on-four the other day, went through that and he’s feeling OK, but afterward he didn’t feel comfortable enough to play. It’s a day-to-day situation with him.”
Meanwhile, Jeremy Lamb has been limited to light jogging, dribbling and spot shooting as he continues to rehab from his sprained left ankle. He’s not likely to play Frida, either, meaning Aaron Holiday should start again.

Houston played Wednesday without small forward Danuel House and guard Eric Gordon. House is dealing with a back injury and it’s not though to be overly serious but he will miss this game. Gordon underwent arthroscopic right knee surgery on Wednesday and he’s expected to miss the next six weeks of action. He was a very good player off the bench the past few years but had struggled this season. Austin Rivers will pick up a lot of Gordon’s minutes but Ben McLemore will start again.
