San Antonio also has plenty of young talent that Gregg Popovich will incorporate in guards Dejounte Murray and Bryn Forbes and versatile forward Kyle Anderson. The Spurs will undeniably have a chance to reach the conference finals in consecutive season this coming campaign and the bottom line for this franchise is that you can never put anything past the super-consistent Spurs.

Expert Final Betting Pick
I really like the Rockets and I’m a huge Spurs fan, but jeez, unless there’s a major injury to either Steph Curry or Kevin Durant, I just don’t see anyone getting past a Golden State Warriors team that got a bit better by adding two more sweet shooters and two young big men. The Dubs have perfected their style of play, they’ve checked their egos and the door and found out a way to sacrifice even more last season after Durant came on board to join their three already incumbent all-stars. The Rockets will need to play some sort of defense at some point and the Spurs will need LaMarcus Aldridge to start playing like an aggressive max contract player (he won’t). Believe it or not, Minnesota could really surprise this coming season, but I’m thinking Tom Thibodeau is going to keep his team from playing a bit of fun-filled offense despite the fact that they have plenty of players that can put the ball in the hole. The Western Conference is Golden State’s to lose everyone – again! Pick: Golden State WarriorsNBA Betting Center
