Duke looks to maintain it’s #1 ranking when it hosts ACC opponent Clemson on Saturday at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The Duke Crazies will be out in force to support the top team in the nation. Clemson won’t just give up before hitting the floor, though. Can Duke beat the Tigers and cover the spread?

Why Clemson Tigers are a good bet ATS?
At 10-3, Clemson’s right up there in the deep Atlantic Coast Conference. Clemson’s only losses were to Creighton, Mississippi State, and Nebraska. The Tigers have dominated Georgia and South Carolina.
Those two quality victories won’t necessarily set them up to beat a team like Duke on the road. It could set them up nicely to cover the spread, though. Clemson allows less than 66 points per game. Defensive pressure should keep them in this game.

Why #1 Duke Blue Devils are a good bet ATS?
The top team in the nation has a single loss, 87-89 to the Gonzaga Bulldogs on a neutral court. Other than the 2-point loss to the Zags, Duke’s lived up to the hype and then some.
Duke’s already beaten Kentucky Wildcats, Auburn, Indiana, and Texas Tech. The Blue Devils won’t slow down against Clemson. There’s a chance the Devils win by at least 24 and maybe 30.

Clemson vs Duke Final NCAAB Betting Analysis
Duke is 5-2 against the spread in 7 home games this season. They’ve gone 4-1 ATS in their last 5. One of the reason Coach K’s team continues to dominate is how they can lean on 3 different players to get it done.
Zion Williamson gets most of the press (for good reason!), but RJ Barrett leads the team with close to 24 points per. At 6’ 7” and weighing over 200 lbs., he’s got LeBron type size. His skills aren’t at LeBron’s level yet, but they could be there in one to two years.
Point-guard Tre Jones has been every bit the floor general Coach K envisioned while Williamson dominates on the board and has PG skills. Clemson would have to play perfectly to keep this one close. They won’t at Cameron Indoor Stadium in front of the best fan base in college basketball.
Duke rolls to an easy win and cover.
