Series History
This is the third game of a four-year series. The original agreement was for two years, starting in 2016, but with Stanford’s appointment of Jerod Haase, a former standout at Kansas from 1994-97, as the Cardinal’s head coach in 2016, the two programs agreed on an extended series that includes games this year and next. In 2019, they play at Stanford. Haase’s 1,264 points rank 33rd on the KU all-time scoring list and he also ranks on the Kansas career lists in 3-point field goals made (14th at 156), 3-pointers attempted (ninth at 461), assists (19th at 343) and steals (12th at 174). Kansas leads the series with Stanford, 10-3, including last season’s 75-54 win on Dec. 22, 2017, in Sacramento. This series dates back to 1932.Why Bet on Stanford?

Why Bet on Kansas?
KU (5-0) hasn’t played since a thrilling 87-81 OT win over No. 5 Tennessee on Nov. 23 in the championship game of the NIT Season Tip-Off. Junior transfer Dedric Lawson tallied 24 points and collected 13 rebounds en route to claiming tournament MVP honors.
