With the 2016-17 college basketball season down to its final week of regular season action and conference championship play starting next week, this look at the likely conference winners could help you cash in big once March Madness rolls around in approximately two weeks.

With that said, let’s get started with the updated college basketball picks.

College Basketball Top Conference Winners And Predictions

America East

The Vermont Catamounts (26-5) are up 7.5 games in the America East Conference and are locks to win their conference at this point.

AAC

The SMU Mustangs (25-4) and Cincinnati Bearcats (25-4) have identical records but SMU is one game up in conference play at 15-1 while Cincy is lurking at 14-2 with two games left for both teams.

A-10

Dayton (23-5) is one game up on second place VCU (23-6) in the A-10. The conference rivals will meet tonight in a game that will determine the conference winner.

ACC

North Carolina (25-6, 13-4) is two games up on second place Louisville (11-5 conf.) and Notre Dame in ACC conference play and has already clinched at least a share of the conference title, although conference play will begin next week.

Big 12

Kansas has already won their record, 13th straight Big 12 conference crown as they sit three games up on second place Iowa State.

Big East

The defending national champion Villanova Wildcats are two games up on Butler in the Big East and have already clichéd the regular season conference title.

Big Ten

Purdue (24-6) is two games up on second place Wisconsin with one game remaining against Northwestern.

Pac-12

Arizona and Oregon have identical 26-4 records and identical 15-2 marks in the Pac-12 with both teams having one regular season game remaining. One of these teams will reach the Final Four in my opinion.

SEC

Kentucky (25-5, 15-2 conf.) is two games up on Florida in the SEC with one game remaining for both national championship hopefuls.
