NCAAF Week 11 Betting Analysis & Expert SU Picks

Written by on November 6, 2017

Now, 16th-ranked Penn State will look to snap their untimely two-game losing streak when they host a Rutgers Scarlet Knights squad they should easily get past in their Week 11 Big Ten Battle this coming Saturday. The Nittany Lions are whopping four-touchdown home favorites, but you don’t have to worry about whether or not they can cover that insane spread if you’re just looking some SU Picks for your  NCAAF Week 11 betting action. Two more SEC teams and one hailing from the PAC-12 highlight my fun-filled quartet of Week 11 SU picks. Each one has the latest College Football odds, provided by MyBookie.ag.

NCAAF Week 11 Betting Analysis & Expert SU Picks

Rutgers (4-5) at No. 16 Penn State (7-2)

  • When: 12:00 PM ET, Saturday, November 11, 2017
  • Where: Beaver Stadium, University Park, Pennsylvania
  • NCAAF Week 11 Betting Odds: Penn State -30.5
You’d think that Penn State was an unbeaten national championship title contender that is taking on a mid-major weakling seeing as how the Nittany Lions are insane four-touchdown plus home favorites in Week 11. Well, that’s certainly not the case with the Nittany Lions dropping two straight and coming into this contest off a heartbreaking 27-24 loss at Michigan State this past weekend. Not only that, but Rutgers has won three of their last four games and is playing their best football of the season right now. While I don’t like Saquon Barkley and the Nittany Lions to cover the chalk as 28.5-point home favorites against the Scarlet Knights, they are the pick to get the easy SU win at home against a Rutgers team that has a losing record coming into this contest. The Nittany Lions have won each of the last 10 meetings against the Scarlet Knights and will make it an 11 in a row by getting the much-needed home win in this one!

  • Rutgers is 4-14 SU in its last 18 games
  • Rutgers is 1-7 SU in its last 8 games on the road
  • Penn State is 16-3 SU in its last 19 games
  • Penn State is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games at home
Pick: Penn State

Arkansas (4-5) at LSU (6-3)

  • When: 12:00 PM ET, Saturday, November 11, 2017
  • Where: Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, Louisiana
  • NCAAF Week 11 Betting Odds: LSU -17.5
LSU is unranked in the AP poll but 25th in the coaches poll following their hard-fought 24-10 loss to top-ranked Alabama on Saturday. While the Tigers had their modest three-game winning streak snapped and Arkansas has won two straight coming into this contest, there’s a reason why LSU is nearly three-touchdown home favorites in this one. The Tigers are simply superior to the Razorbacks, even though they average 4.4 fewer points per contest offensively. Arkansas is giving up a way too generous 36.1 points per game compared to LSU’s 20.4 points per game allowed. More importantly, the Tigers are a bit desperate and playing at home in this Week 11 pairing. While I don’t like LSU to cover the chalk as a near three-touchdown home fave, I do like the Tigers to get the easy SU win over an Arkansas team that has underachieved all season long and nearly lost to tiny Coastal Carolina in their super narrow 39-38 home win this past weekend. LSU wins, even if they fail to cover to take a step toward getting back in the AP top 25.

Latest NCAAF Week 11 Betting Trends

  • Arkansas is 1-5 SU in its last 6 games on the road
  • Arkansas is 2-4 SU in its last 6 games when playing Louisiana State
  • LSU is 8-3 SU in its last 11 games
  • LSU is 4-1 SU in its last 5 games at home
Pick: LSU

Florida at South Carolina

  • When: 12:00 PM ET, Saturday, November 11, 2017
  • Where: Williams-Brice Stadium, Columbia, South Carolina
  • NCAAF Week 11 Betting Odds: South Carolina -7.5
South Carolina may have had their three-game winning streak snapped this past weekend, but the Gamecocks put up a really good effort in their 24-10 road loss at No. 2 Georgia. On the flip side of the coin, Florida has lost four straight and didn’t look good at all in their humbling 45-26 road blowout loss against mediocre Missouri this past weekend despite the fact that head coach Jim McElwain is out the door. The NCAAF Week 11 Betting Odds favor South Carolina. For me, not only is South Carolina the easy SU pick in this one, but I think the Gamecocks could very well cover the chalk as a 9-point home favorite. Florida has scored 17 points or less in each of their last four games while South Carolina has scored 34 or more in two of their last four games. The Gamecocks get the easy win at home people!

Latest NCAAF Week 11 Betting Trends

  • Florida is 1-4 SU in its last 5 games
  • Florida is 16-5 SU in its last 21 games when playing South Carolina
  • South Carolina is 4-2 SU in its last 6 games
  • South Carolina is 7-2 SU in its last 9 games at home
Pick: South Carolina

Oregon State (1-8) at Arizona (6-3)

  • When: 12:00 PM ET, Saturday, November 11, 2017
  • Where: Arizona Stadium, Tucson, Arizona
  • NCAAF Week 11 Betting Odds: Arizona -23
Khalil Tate and the Arizona Wildcats might have been on the wrong end of a 49-35 road loss to USC this past weekend, but they actually outscored the Trojans in the second half and are the super easy pick to beat the one-win Oregon State Beavers in their Week 11 PAC-12 matchup at home this coming weekend. The athletically gifted Tate rushed for 161 yards and one touchdown on Saturday against USC while adding two passing touchdowns in the exciting loss. Oregon State lost their seventh consecutive game on Saturday and has scored 14 points or less in four of their last seven games. There’s just no way the Beavers pull off the outright upset in this one with the way Khalil Tate is playing virtually unstoppable football right now!
