Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1.5)
The Buccaneers won and covered the spread in both regular season meetings a year ago, making Jameis Winston and company the pick t hold it down at home in this Week 9 NFC South divisional showdown.

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings (-6.5)
Minnesota won both regular season meetings in 2015 by nine and 10 points respectively and I’m going to back the Vikes against seeing as how the Lions haven’t scored more than 19 points in each of the last five meetings.

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants (-3)
After losing five straight and failing to cover the spread in four straight against their NFC East rivals, I’m backing Eli Manning and the G-Men beat the new-look Birds and cover the spread in a high-scoring affair.

New York Jets at Miami Dolphins (PK)
The Jets have won three straight over Miami by 13 points or more. Take the J-E-T-S to cover the NFL betting line by roughing up Miami’s Ryan Tannehill.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Kansas City Chiefs (-7)
The Chiefs are the easy pick to win and cash in after going 8-5 ATS in 2015 as a favorite.

Dallas Cowboys at Cleveland Browns (+5)
Can the new-look Browns cover the spread as a 5-poin home dog against the ‘Boys? I think so. Dallas wins by three on the road.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens (-2.5)
Believe it or not, the Ravens have won three straight against the Steelers, making them the pick to win by at least a field goal and cover the spread.

New Orleans Saints at San Francisco 49ers (PK)
There won’t be much defense in this Week 9 showdown. I’m going with future Hall of Famer Drew Brees to lead New Orleans to the straight-up win and ATS cover.

Carolina Panthers at Los Angeles Rams (+3.5)
You’ve got to know that Cam Newton and the Panthers want to put on a show in glamorous L.A. The Panthers win and cover with ease!

Indianapolis Colts at Green Bay Packers (-6)
I like Aaron Rodgers and the Packers to get the home win in this Week 9 showdown, but I like Andrew Luck and the Colts to keep pace before falling just short in a shootout. The Colts cover despite losing.

Tennessee Titans at San Diego Chargers (-4.5)
There won’t be much defense being played in this contest, but I’m going with Philip Rivers and the Bolts to win and narrowly cover against a Tennessee team that went 2-6 ATS on the road and 4-8 ATS as an underdog in 2015.

Broncos at Oakland Raiders (+1)
After snapping an eight-game SU and four-game ATS losing streak against the Broncos last season, I say Derek Carr and the Raiders get the big home win in their Week 9 AFC West test against Denver!

Buffalo Bills at Seattle Seahawks (-10)
The Seahawks have gone 6-1 SU and 5-1-1 ATS in their last seven games as a favorite of 10 or 10.5 points. Seattle wins and narrowly covers.
