In fact, there are several games on the Week 12 schedule that could serve as unofficial elimination games, with teams losing this weekend suddenly finding themselves too far back of the pack.
As we do every single Monday during the season, we are going to break down the games in the coming week to see if we can come up with some NFL betting picks that will boost your bankroll. Denver Broncos at Buffalo Bills (OVER 36 ½)
This is one of those games where what appears to be the obvious pick may in fact be the wrong one. You are looking at two teams that are not particularly strong on the offensive side of the football. While that weakness has hurt the Broncos, the Bills have thrived, going 7-3 SU this season, which puts them in a very good position in the playoff standings.

With Lions QB Matthew Stafford expected to be out for weeks, and potentially even the rest of the season, the expectation is that Detroit will see their offense sputter. That was not the case in Week 11, though, as they dropped 27 points on the Dallas Cowboys, albeit in a losing cause.
With that in mind, you would expect them to be able to generate some offense against a very poor Washington Commanders. The OVER has hit in 4 of the Lions last 5 games, while Washington has seen the OVER hit in 6 of their last 7 games versus teams from the NFC North.

At 9-1 on the season, the New England Patriots are serious about defending their crown, although in terms of the point total, their great defense has seen them lean towards the under more often than not. Where that tends to change is when they go against teams from the NFC East, with 4 of their last 6 games against those teams going OVER.
For Dallas, it has been all about the OVER, with 5 of their last 6 games this season going that route, as well as 6 of their last 7 on the road. I think we are looking at the OVER again for this one.

Russell Wilson, the QB for the Seattle Seahawks, is being viewed by many as the potential NFL MVP tis season. He has led his team to an 8-2 record, leading an offense that has seen 14 of the last 19 games for this team go the way of the OVER.When that happens, you tend to get a point total that is set a little higher than you might expect, which is what I believe has happened with this game. 4 of the last 5 meetings between these two have gone UNDER, while the Eagles have seen 6 of their last 7 games versus conference foes go the same route.
