Now, let’s rock and roll people!

NFL Betting Predictions for 2018 Postseason – December 18th

AFC Playoff Picture

  • 1. Patriots (11-3)
  • 2. Steelers (11-3)
  • 3. Jaguars (10-4)
  • 4. Chiefs (8-6)
  • 5. Titans (8-6)
  • 6. Bills (8-6)
  • 7. Ravens (8-6)
  • 8. Chargers (7-7)
In the AFC, the Patriots and Steelers are tied with identical 11-3 records and both teams look like they are going to win out to finish at 13-3. In that scenario, Tom Brady and company would have home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs and that means all roads would go through Foxborough, Massachusetts, the New England is very difficult to beat. The Jacksonville Jaguars are currently 10-4 and I also like them to win out over their final two regular-season games to finish at 12-4. Following those three teams, Kansas City, Buffalo, Baltimore, and Tennessee are all sitting at 8-6 with the Chiefs the most likely playoff participant among them as they’ll clinch the mediocre AFC West by beating the lowly Dolphins in Week 16. After that, I like the Ravens to nail down the fifth spot in the AFC playoffs by beating both, Indianapolis and Cincinnati at home in their final two games. Last but not least, I’m thinking the L.A. Chargers could nail down the final playoff spot by beating the Jets and Raiders in their last two games to beat out Tennessee and Buffalo for the sixth seed. So, with my playoff field set in the AFC, I like the Jags to get past the Bolts in their Wild Card matchup while the Chiefs narrowly squeak past Baltimore in the other wild card opener. After that, I’m going with Jacksonville to upset Pittsburgh while the Patriots somehow manage to get past Kansas City in a thriller. With the Pats and Jags in the AFC conference championship (sorry Pittsburgh), I’m going to leave the outcome of this contest up to your imagination.

NFL Betting Odds to win AFC Championship

  • New England Patriots: 1/1
  • Pittsburgh Steelers: 5/2
  • Jacksonville Jaguars: 8/1
  • Los Angeles Chargers: 10/1
  • Kansas City Chiefs: 12/1
  • Baltimore Ravens: 33/1
  • Oakland Raiders: 33/1
  • Tennessee Titans: 40/1
  • Buffalo Bills: 50/1
  • Miami Dolphins: 125/1
  • Cincinnati Bengals: 125/1
  • New York Jets: 250/1
  • Houston Texans: 500/1

AFC Predictions for the last 2 Weeks of the 2017 NFL Regular Season

NFC Playoff Picture

  • 1. Eagles (12-2)
  • 2. Vikings (11-3)
  • 3. Rams (10-4)
  • 4. Saints (10-4)
  • 5. Panthers (10-4)
  • 6. Falcons (8-5)
  • 7. Lions (8-6)
  • 8. Seahawks (8-6)
  • 9. Cowboys (8-5)
Over in the NFC, the Eagles and Vikings have both clinched division titles are currently in the postseason with Philly already having secured a first-round bye. I then like the Rams to clinch the NFC West crown after watching them obliterate Seattle on the road this past weekend. I’ve also got New Orleans and Carolina both finishing at 12-4 by winning their final two games, although the NFC South division crown will go to the Saints for their pair of wins over the Panthers this season. The Rams are at the top of some experts NFL Betting Predictions for the 2018 Postseason.   With five playoff spots locked up by now, I’m going with the Atlanta Falcons winning their final two games to nail down the sixth and final berth over the Lions, Seahawks, and Cowboys who I all expect to split their final two games to finish at an identical 9-7. With all six playoff spots secured, I’m going with the Rams to beat the Falcons in one wild card while the Saints narrowly win their wild-card opener against Carolina. Later, Philly will be hosting Drew Brees and company and Minnesota the red-hot Rams in their respective divisional round matchups, I’m going with Minnesota to hold it down at home but Philly to suffer a heartbreaking home loss against New Orleans. Now, with the NFC conference championship set between the Vikings and Saints, I am once again, going to urge you to use your imagination. One thing’s for sure, the battle for conference supremacy in the NFC this year could be one of the most entertaining we’ve ever seen, while over in the AFC, it looks like all roads will go through New England.

NFL Betting Odds to win NFC Championship

  • Minnesota Vikings: 7/2
  • Philadelphia Eagles: 9/2
  • New Orleans Saints: 5/1
  • Los Angeles Rams: 6/1
  • Seattle Seahawks: 8/1
  • Atlanta Falcons: 8/1
  • Carolina Panthers: 8/1
  • Green Bay Packers: 12/1
  • Detroit Lions: 25/1
  • Dallas Cowboys: 33/1
  • Arizona Cardinals: 50/1
