New York Giants 2018 NFL Win/Loss Odds Prediction

After suffering through a nightmare 3-13 season in 2017, future Hall of Fame quarterback Eli Manning and his New York Giants are looking to improve in a big way under first-year head coach Pat Shurmur as they get set for the quickly approaching 2018 regular season. If you’re thinking about betting on New York’s 2018 win total odds and you’re looking for some help assistance in figuring out just how many games the longtime NFC East residents are going to win this coming season, then you’re going to get the assistance you’re looking for thanks to my expert win total odds analysis and predictions. Now, let’s get started.

New York Giants 2018 NFL Win/Loss Odds Prediction

  • New York Giants Win Total Odds – 7

Week 1: Sunday, Sept. 9, vs. Jacksonville Jaguars, 1:00 PM ET

Former Giants head coach Tom Coughlin will be back in the Big Apple to stick it to the G-Men in Week 1, although I’m expecting a love-fest when he sees Eli Manning. Loss. 0-1.

Week 2: Sunday, Sept. 16, at Dallas Cowboys, 8:20 PM ET

The Boys win to cover the chalk as a slight home fave, but the G-Men aren’t going down easily and I think Saquon Barkley tops the 100-yard mark with ease! Loss. 0-2.

Week 3: Sunday, Sept. 23, at Houston Texans, 1:00 PM ET

I want the Giants to win, but they won’t. They are going down for the second straight week in the Lone Star State. Loss. 0-3.

Week 4: Sunday, Sept. 30, vs. New Orleans Saints, 4:25 PM ET

Again…I want the G-Men to win a game by now. Unfortunately, it’s not happening just yet! Loss. 0-4.

Week 5: Sunday, Oct. 7, at Carolina Panthers, 1:00 PM ET

Gosh, darn it! New York just can’t get a damn win! Loss. 0-5.

Week 6: Thursday, Oct. 11, vs. Philadelphia Eagles, 8:20 PM ET

The Giants took a pair of difficult losses on the chin against Philly last season and they’ll be taking another in this contest. Unfortunately. Loss. 0-6.

Week 7: Monday, Oct. 22, at Atlanta Falcons, 8:15 PM ET

The Giants will fall to 0-7 by losing to Matt Ryan and the Falcons in this contest. Still..it will be a positive 0-7, if you can believe that! Loss. 0-7.

Week 8: Sunday, Oct. 28, vs. Washington Redskins, 1:00 PM ET

The Giants get their first win of the regular season in Week 8 and it will be long overdue! Win. 1-7.

Week 9: BYE

Are the NY Giants a safe bet for the 2018 NFL season?

Week 10: Monday, Nov. 12, at San Francisco 49ers, 8:20 p.m. ET

The Niners are going to be a much-improved team in 2018 and they’re playing at home. Frisco wins behind a good effort from Jimmy G. Loss. 1-8.

Week 11: Sunday, Nov. 18, vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 1:00 PM ET

Pat Shurmur out-coaches counterpart Dirk Koetter and Eli Manning outplays Jameis Winston to help New York get their second win of the season. Win. 2-8.

Week 12: Sunday, Nov. 25, at Philadelphia Eagles, 1:00 PM ET

The Eagles get the regular season sweep in this Week 12 NFC East divisional showdown. Loss. 2-9.

Week 13: Sunday, Dec. 2, vs. Chicago Bears, 1:00 PM ET

The Giants get their third win of the season by beating a Chicago Bears team that is also rebuilding under a first-year head coach. Win. 3-9.

Week 14: Sunday, Dec. 9, at Washington Redskins, 1:00 p.m. ET

The Redskins might be mediocre at best in 2018, but I like them to get the regular season split in this one!  3-10.

Week 15: Sunday, Dec. 16, vs. Tennessee Titans, 1:00 p.m. ET

Tennessee will be on the road in this one, but the Titans are a playoff contender and the Giants are not. Loss. 3-11.

Week 16: Dec. 22/23, at Indianapolis Colts, TBD

The Giants look like a team that will be about equal to Indianapolis in 2018. I’m going with Eli manning to out-duel Andrew Luck and Saquon Barkley to be the difference-maker in this Week 16 Inter-Conference clash. Win. 4-11.

Week 17: Sunday, Dec. 30, vs. Dallas Cowboys, 1:00 p.m. ET

It’s sure going to be nice to see the Giants win this regular season finale and deal a real damaging blow to Dallas’ playoff hopes. The Giants win at home in their regular season finale. Win. 5-11. New York’s 7-win total odds are a good number, but I think the G-Men fall just short of reaching the eight-win plateau. Play the Under for New York in 2018.
