Why bet on Buffalo versus Chicago
Buffalo should start NFL MVP candidate Josh Allen. Most NFL teams play just three preseason games before stepping onto the field for real in September. Buffalo is one of those teams. NFL franchises like to rest their starters in the final preseason game, which means if the Bills want to give Allen playing time, Saturday is the day. Josh Allen, along with the Bills’ first string offensive line and his starting wide receivers, should have no trouble picking apart Chicago’s defense.

Why bet on Chicago against Buffalo
The Bears may start Allen. The Bears most definitely will start Andy Dalton. Rookie Justin Fields played great in Chicago’s first NFL game. He delivered a terrific performance that showed he’s almost ready to lead an NFL offense. But Chicago won’t push Fields into the starting role. Why? Dalton stepped in for Dak Prescott while a Dallas Cowboy last season and played great. With Dalton, Chicago, a playoff team in 2020, has a real chance of winning the NFC North. The former Cincinnati Bengals player will again prove why he’s one of the more solid signal-callers in the NFL.

Final Betting Analysis: Buffalo Bills at Chicago Bears
This will be a game of timing. So if you like the Bills, you hope they play Allen enough to get a sizable lead. But Buffalo mustn’t play Allen for the entire game since he’s gotten plenty of reps in practice and can play a quarter in the Aug. 28 matchup versus Green Bay.
If you like Chicago, you hope the Bears play Dalton more than the Bills play Allen. That’s a real possibility. Why? Justin Fields is listed as questionable, which means Matt Nagy may not play Fields at all in this one.
Dalton could play three-quarters with Allen playing a quarter, maybe, two. The edge goes to the underrated Chicago Bears who, based on Fields’ performance last week, in 2021 will have two starting quarterbacks on their roster. Da Bears cover.
