Packers vs. Redskins NFL Preseason Week 2 Odds

In team sports, it’s not very often that a single player can make a huge difference in the overall performance of the squad. Things are a little different in football this NFL preseason, as the QB is the player who touches the ball on every offensive play. He can definitely swing the outcome of a game based on his performance, and Aaron Rodgers of also showed that leadership can also make a huge difference (Just take a look at the Green Bay Packers Stats).
With his team struggling in the first half of the season, Rodgers made a guarantee that he would get the Packers to the playoffs, after which the team went on a run of 8-straight wins, which took them all the way to the NFC Championship Game, where injuries finally brought their streak to an end. The Redskins have a very QB of their own in Kirk Cousins, but they seem unwilling to reward his efforts with a long-term contract, choosing instead to franchise tag him for the past two seasons. He will be out to prove just how good he is again this season. These two QB’s may not see much in the way of playing time when Green Bay visits Washington in Week 2 of the NFL preseason on Saturday night.
Washington were also a good OVER pick last season, going 12-4 O/U, which took their 3-year record to 30-19, which is second only to Oakland during that period. The OVER percentage dropped at home, with the Redskins going 14-11, which included an 8-5 O/U record as the home favorite.
