NFL Week 13 Must Bet Underdogs

Written by on November 30, 2016

We are now at the stage of the NFL season when it’s make or break for many teams in the league. There are a few that are already done, but there are even more who are flirting with a Wild Card spot. There are several big games this weekend that can have a major impact on the playoff picture, and that usually guarantees that we will see a surprise or two. I have scoured through the games to see if I can pinpoint a few games where the underdogs may get loose and get the win. Let’s take a closer look at the NFL Week 13 underdogs who might be able to add some money to your bankroll.

In Depth Analysis On The NFL Week 13 Must Bet Underdogs

Kansas City Chiefs (+3.5) at Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons have the best offense in the league, and are 7-4 ATS so far this season. Where they have not been a very good bet this season is as a favorite, where they are just 2-3 ATS. The Chiefs are 2 games above .500 on the road, and tend to get involved in games that are very tight to the end. This is a match-up that has a field goal game written all over it. That means that the Chiefs should be able to cover the spread, and I think they might even win straight up.

Miami Dolphins (+3) at Baltimore Ravens

The Miami Dolphins have come to life in the second half of the season, and have now reeled off 6-straight wins. They are going to have a tough challenge against a Baltimore team that is very good defensively, and who have a 4-2 record at home. This looks like being a very good match-up, and it may well come down to who wins the turnover battle. If that is indeed the case, then I like the Dolphins to come away with the win.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3.5) at San Diego Chargers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are proving to be one of the surprise teams of the season, and they have slowly and methodically clawed their way back into the playoff picture with some big wins over the past few weeks. Perhaps the biggest surprise in all of this is that their rise to the top has come by playing some fantastic ball on the road. The Bucs are 4-1 away from home, and they look like a good bet to me against a Chargers team that looks fragile this season. Tampa Bay wins and continues to put pressure on the Falcons in the NFC South.

Washington Redskins (+2.5) at Arizona Cardinals

When the Cardinals picked up Carson Palmer to be their QB, they opened a very small window of opportunity to win it all. They have come close the past few season, but it now looks as though that window has closed. The Redskins are playing well, and it’s looking as though Kirk Cousins is going to be getting a massive contract at the end of this season. I like the Redskins to win this one going away.
