Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks will look to pull off the road upset over Mitch Trubisky and a Chicago Bears team that looked pretty good in their regular season opener despite their late collapse. With both teams looking to pick up their first win of the season, let’s find out which team is offering the best betting value in this matchup of NFC playoff hopefuls.

Why Bet on Seattle Seahawks?
Seattle put up a good effort but came up just short in their 27-24 Week 1 loss to Denver. Russell Wilson completed 19 of 33 passes for 298 yards with three touchdowns, but two costly interceptions. Wilson was sacked three times by Denver’s Von Miller while getting held to just 64 rushing yards in the loss.
“We played a really tough defense, one of the best defenses you’re going to face all year. Obviously Von is a great player and he made some key plays,” Wilson said.

Why Bet on the Chicago Bears?
The Bears let a win get away by collapsing against Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in the fourth quarter. Chicago gave up three TD passes after dominating the Packers en route to a 17-0 first half lead. Chicago got a great performance out of newly acquired linebacker Khalil Mack who had a 27-yard interception return for a touchdown.
“I prepared all offseason for the first game of the season and I wanted to … make an impact,” Mack said. “But you want to win these games. That’s the only thing on my mind. I hate losing.”
Quarterback Mitchell Trubisky was 23 of 35 for 171 yards. He also ran for 32 yards and one score on seven carries while running back Jordan Howard rushed 15 times for 82 yards.

Seahawks at Bears NFL Betting Prediction
While I like Chicago’s hiring of Matt Nagy as their head coach and I believe the addition of Khalil Mack and Roquan Smith is going to make Chicago very strong on defense, I think this is a game that Russell Wilson manage to win because of their edge in experience. Seattle
is 4-1-2 ATS in their last seven road games and 10-3-2 ATS in their last 15 games following an SU loss.
The Bears are 2-5-1 ATS in their last eight games against their NFC counterparts and 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games in the month of September. Seattle has gone 4-1 ATS in their last five meetings against Chicago and I believe they’ll get the outright road win and ATS cover behind an MVP-caliber performance from Russell Wilson.
