Seahawks Injuries
The Seahawks will be missing five players this week as they prepare for their final preseason game, but all are expected to be ready for Seattle’s regular season opener in Green Bay. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Monday that receiver Tyler Lockett, guard Luke Joeckel, linebacker Michael Wilhoite and defensive ends Michael Bennett and Cliff Avril were all away from the team to receive the same Regenokine procedure that linebackers K.J. Wright and D.J. Alexander went through earlier this month. Prosise (groin) returned to practice Monday, while Rawls (ankle) returned Tuesday. What that means for Thursday’s game remains to be seen, Carroll said. DE Frank Clark injured his wrist and is visiting a specialist.
