You hate to describe a Week 4 game as being one that is a must win, but there are already some scenarios playing out that have put teams in that position after less than a month of the season. One division that already looks to be out of control is the NFC West, where the LA Rams are clearly the cream of the 4-team crop. With the San Francisco 49ers losing QB Jimmy Garoppolo for the season, they look to be in serious trouble, while the Seahawks and Cardinals are off to slow 1-2 starts.
Those two will go head to head this weekend in a match-up that might essentially serve as an elimination game. Given how the Rams are playing, there is almost no chance that a team starting the season at 1-3 is going to be able to catch up and take a run at a division title. At least ending the first month of the season at .500 means keeping playoff hopes alive in the early going. The Seahawks are in as a 3-point road favorite, with the point total set at 38 ½.

Why bet on the Seattle Seahawks?
The Seahawks opened the season with back to back road losses in a pair of games that they could just as easily have won with a lucky break here or there. They needed a win in their first home game of the season, and they got it, taking out the Dallas Cowboys 24-13, taking them to 1-2 SU and 1-1-1 ATS on the season.
Rather than being able to build some momentum at home, the Seahawks are going to need to go back on the road in Week 4 to face a Cardinals team that they have gone 5-4-1 against in their last 10 meetings. The good news for Seattle is that they have had some real success against the Cardinals when playing in Arizona, as they have gone 4-0-1 SU and ATS in their last 5 trips there. The point total has gone OVER in 10 of the last 14 games that Seattle has played in Arizona

Why bet on the Arizona Cardinals?
The Cardinals have themselves a bit of a situation at the QB position. They drafted Josh Rosen in the offseason, but they also signed veteran Sam Bradford to act as a mentor and placeholder for the young man until he was deemed ready to start. Bradford has been poor and was yanked in a 16-14 loss to the Chicago Bears last weekend.
While we are not suggesting that the Cardinals are already writing this season off, they have already announced that Rosen will be the starter for this one. He is stepping into an offense that is averaging just 190 YPG and scoring just under 7 PPG. This offense has essentially hit rock bottom, so perhaps the young man will deliver some sort of spark to get things going.
