Seahawks continue slide and Washington exposes the Steelers

Let’s start with the Seattle Seahawks who suddenly are mediocre at best. The Seahawks lost their fourth game in their last seven and the loss was one of their worst. The New York Giants held Seattle to 12 points in a 17-12 win.

Colt McCoy started for the G-Men. So, there’s no way to cover up how ugly giving up 17 points to the Giants was. Also, Russell Wilson again didn’t play well.

The former favorite to win the NFL MVP completed 27-of-43 and threw a pick. Seattle plays the Jets on Sunday. They should win that, but don’t dump on the Hawks versus anybody right now. Even if they beat NYJ, they take on Washington in Week 15.

The Washington Commanders handed the Pittsburgh Steelers their first loss of the season. What’s surprising is how the WFT won. They spotted the Steelers a 14 point halftime lead before rallying for a 23-17 victory.

Washington has won 3 in a row. Alex Smith has started to resemble the quarterback that completed over 70% of his passes before the devastating injury. Also, no team in the league has good of a defensive line as the Washington Football Team.

The WFT could win out and enter the playoffs with a real shot at upsetting Green Bay, the Rams, and the Saints. Washington is no joke. At their current +7500 odds, the WFT deserves a long look.

On Sunday, Bills could add to Pittsburgh’s woes and Kansas City gets acid-test

Buffalo’s odds dipped from +2200 to +1600 after they demolished the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night. The Bills are a solid squad, one that makes them a true contender to win the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Buffalo could expose Pittsburgh as a fraud even more than Washington did. The two teams face-off on Sunday. The Steelers may discover that they’re not as good as most believed they were. Pittsburgh’s +700 odds make them an underlay.

The Chiefs offer underlay odds as well. Even though Kansas City has a single loss on their record, they struggled versus the Denver Broncos in Week 13. The Week 14 matchup is no joke. Miami has won 7-of-8 and is close to contender status.

Tua Tagovailoa is getting better and better. He has yet to throw a pick. Not only that but the defense allows just 17.7 points per. If you think Miami can win the Super Bowl, bet on them as soon as you can. If they beat Kansas City on Sunday, and it’s a real possibility, their odds will plummet.

Have a great weekend!
