Bradford, who suffered a noncontact injury to his left knee during a Week 1 win over the New Orleans Saints, had last practiced on Sept. 21 before seeking a second opinion from orthopedic specialist Dr. James Andrews. Murray was thought to be the guy who would replace Adrian Peterson, but ankle surgery in the offseason set him back and allowed Cook to win the starting job.
