Green Bay – (9-6) – Green Bay wins the NFC North if they win in Detroit on Sunday. The Packers also get in if Washington loses or ties.

Washington – (9-6-1) – The Skins get in if they win at home against the Giants on Sunday.

Tampa Bay – (8-7) – The Bucs will get if they win at home against Carolina and Washington ties at home against New York – and Green Bay loses at Detroit, but that’s a lot of wishful thinking.
