NFL Week 6 Parlay Expert Picks

Written by on October 14, 2016

We all have different methods that we use to wager, and there really is no right or wrong way to go as long as you are winning. I have always found the first few weeks of the season to be a little unpredictable, which is why I tend to go with singles when I play. Now that we are heading into Week 6, it’s fair to say that we all have a better handle on how all the teams are going to play, which means that parlays are now a part of the betting picture. I’m going to take a quick look at the weekend action to see if I can come up with some winning plays, which would mean a little extra spending money to play with in Week 7 and beyond.

Here’s A Closer Look At The NFL Week 6 Parlay Expert Picks

NFL Week 6 SU Parlay – Steelers, Patriots, Texans

Let’s get the parlay picks started by taking a trio of teams that look like a good straight up bet. For me, the pick of the week is the Pittsburgh Steelers (-345), who might also find their way into my ATS ticket. They are going against an anemic Dolphins offense on Sunday, and should have no problem overpowering Miami on the road. The New England Patriots (-390) got Tom Brady back from suspension last week, and he proceeded to carve up the Cleveland Browns, throwing for over 400 yards in the process. Brady and the Patriots will have a tougher test against another AFC North foe in the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend, but they should still be more than good enough to come up with the win. The final team on my SU parlay ticket are the Houston Texans (-170). They have a tough divisional match-up this weekend, with the Indianapolis Colt heading into Texas. The big selling point here is that the Texans are 3-0 at home this season, while the Colts are 0-2 on the road.

NFL Week 6 ATS Parlay – Steelers (-7.5), Redskins (+2.5)

Not taking as big a risk with my ATS parlay this week, and keeping it to just two teams on the ticket. I already mentioned the Steelers in my straight up selections, and I think they are also a fantastic bet ATS. They have covered quite easily in all 4 of their wins this season, and this week sees them go up against a Miami Dolphins offense that has really done nothing all season long. Steelers win this one going away, and cover without any problems. The Eagles and the Redskins look to be pretty evenly matched this season, but with three wins in a row, it’s Washington who come into this one with all the momentum. More convincing than that, though, is the fact that the Redskins are 4-0 ATS versus the Eagles in their last 4 meetings, as well as being 3-1 SU. The Redskins are coming into this one as a 2.5-point underdog, and I actually think they will win outright here. It’ll be a tight game, but the Skins will edge it.
