PFL 2021 Regular Season Week 6 Betting Odds & Predictions

If you are looking for something a little different when watching MMA, then the PFL is a great place to start. The Professional Fighters League is different in that points are awarded for a win, which includes bonus points based on which round a fighter closes things out in. There are 6 event nights in the group stage before we take a couple of months off before heading to the playoffs. Friday night will see the Heavyweights and the women’s Lightweight groups decided, plus a couple more. It’s all to fight for in the final week of the regular season, so let’s take a look at the 4 fights that make up the main card on Friday night starting at 6 PM EST. It’s time to jump right into action so you can get ready to place your bets against their PFL odds.

MMA Betting Preview for PFL 6: Heavyweights & Women’s Lightweights

Denis Goltzov (-270) Vs Brandon Sayles (+210)

The heavyweights are up first for a fight where there really isn’t that much to play for. Both of these men delivered the goods in their opening fights and are already playoff bound. It took Goltzov just 4 minutes of the opening round to win his first fight, which netted him 6 points. He will be up against Brandon Sayles, who also delivered the goods in his first PFL fight of the season. Sayles forced a 2nd round submission to pick up the win and 5 points. Goltzov is the more experienced fighter and looks like a good bet for the KO win.

Lance Palmer (+110) Vs Movlid Khaybulaev (-140)

Next up, we jump to the Featherweights for a fight that has massive playoff implications. Both of these men can move on with the win, but one needs a big win for that to happen. Lance Palmer is really up against it here and needs a win and bonus points to crack the top 4 after losing his first fight. It’s a whole lot simpler for Khaybulaev, who picked up 3 points with a decision win in his first fight. Any kind of win and he is in. He may need to go the distance again, but I think Khaybulaev does enough to get the win he needs.

Anthony Pettis (-195) Vs Rausch Manfio (+165)

The co-main event of the night is a Lightweight bout and another fight that will decide the final 4 moving on to the PFL playoffs. Pettis find himself in a hole ahead of this one after losing by decision in his first fight of the tournament in what was a bit of a surprise result. A win inside the distance would be enough. Manfio is in a better spot, but he is not entirely comfortable, as he picked up just the 3 points for a decision win in his first fight. I think Pettis gets the win here, but I’m not sure he gets it done quickly. With the head-to-head win, that should be enough.

Kayla Harrison (-2000) Vs Cindy Dandois (+1100)

The final fight of the night might be in as the headliner, but it’s one that could be a blink and you’ll miss it type of fight. Harrison comes into this fight as a heavy favorite and for very good reason. She is unbeaten at 9-0 and won her first fight in a little over a minute. Dandois is in real trouble after losing her opening fight by decision and now being forced into a must win situation against arguably the best fighter in this division. This should be another quick win for Harrison.
